We moved providers at very short notice and have found Heritage Healthcare very professional. They listened to our requirements and concerns and helped us put a care package together which works well for our mum.
The carers have got to know mum and actually care about her needs and her wellbeing.

My family and I are very impressed with the care provided by Heritage for Mum. All the staff are friendly, helpful and very supportive and we appreciate the kindness they offer. We can't thank them enough and we feel assured that Mum is in good hands.

I find it difficult to climb in and out of the shower. I have been treated with kindness and respect and not treated like an old fool. I've had help from all the carers, not just one, with this task. I'd like to thank them all for their professionalism.

A caring and understanding company, both with the service user and their family.
My brother and I feel secure in the knowledge that our mother is not only provided for in her needs but cared for too. Our mother is building up relationships with the different carers and enjoys their company.
Communication with the office staff is excellent. They have an understanding of mum's and our concerns and do their best to accommodate any changes needed.
We have nothing but praise for heritage Healthcare.

Mum has been receiving care for the past 12 months. More recently she has needed to have intermittent additional care of which Heritage have supported even though the request has been last minute.
The carers are always considerate of mum's needs and will often go above and beyond in their support

We were referred to Heritage Healthcare, Barnsley through Barnsley Council, as they had outstanding reviews from CQC. We were not disappointed. From the moment we met both the Care Manager and Service Manager, we knew my Mother would be in safe hands. On the day Mum came home from hospital we were
all greeted by the Care Manager and Care Co-ordinator. They were friendly, professional and of very caring nature. Mum enjoyed her first meal of many from the Care Co-ordinator. In fact she really took to her. All of the carers that visited Mum throughout Feb and March, were all lovely, when times must have been challenging for them on occasions. They sought advice from both their office, and also didn't hesitate in contacting me. I appreciated this very much, as I live 100 miles away in Staffordshire. An excellent Care Company and would definitely recommend to anyone for their loved one to be cared for by them.

Carers are all professional. They arrive on time and always wear their protective gloves and aprons. We get a list of dates, times and carers' names every week. They have built up a rapport with both parents. Everything has settled after three months of care and has become a good routine. The office
keeps in touch by telephone and/or email. We feel very well supported by Heritage.

Heritage was recommended to me when I had to arrange home care for my Mum. The carers have been lovely and are friendly and respectful to Mum and she is extremely happy with the care provided. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

All the carers who have attended my mum have been professional, friendly and helpful. Mum can be difficult about taking a shower but all staff that attend are patient and caring and most times, coax her into the shower.

Great carers, keep me updated about any changes that are made, are helpful in keeping in touch with Social Services and best of all my mum loves a good chat with every one of her carers. They ensure all her needs are met from getting up in the morning, showering, giving medication, and making meals.
I would recommend Heritage Healthcare to anyone going through a similar situation with an elderly relative.

From the first day service starts Mum has received first class service from all carers. Previously reluctant to have carers but she is very happy now and looks forward to them calling.

Excellent care service, which I would highly recommend.
Professional, caring staff who treat Mum with dignity and respect and assist her with her everyday needs.
I would have given five stars across the board, but, unfortunately, I did experience some financial administrative errors, which was
very frustrating at the time, but the company did take steps to rectify these problems.
Overall a 5-star service; thank you, Heritage.

Excellent care provider, very good at communicating. Mum is very happy with the staff and looks forward to seeing them every day. Any problems are quickly communicated to us and we are happy that we can rely on the excellent care.

Social Services recommended Heritage Healthcare and gave me the phone number. I spoke to the office staff who was extremely helpful. That was Friday and Monday morning a worker came and took our details. The rest day we started with a carer in the in the morning to help her personal care. all the
carers are smartly dressed, very respectful and helpful. We have come to rely greatly on their help. if I have needed to phone the office, the staff have been very helpful. I really couldn't say anymore other than a very big thank you all for your help and care!

I would recommend this care provider because they are extremely reliable and make me feel very supported.
The quality of care provided is very good and carers in senior positions are doing their best to train and support the juniors who join with less experience. They treat the client with respect
and affection, making him feel valued.

Dad (now 97) was admitted to hospital after a fall. He was checked over and found to be ok. The NHS working with Heritage Healthcare, my father, my brother and myself arranged a health care package to support Dad when he came home. Carers would attend Dad's home to get him up and provide breakfast,
a second carer to attend and cook and serve his lunch, a third carer would give him his tea, and then final carer of the day would help him to bed. This has worked very well and Dad has enjoyed the regular support and attention. The carers have been excellent, very friendly and accommodating, providing a very good service.
