My father has a breakfast package, every morning, 7 days a week.
He has dementia and is very slow on his feet.
We find the staff are dedicated and reliable and we couldn't manage without them. The team members will go out of their way to make him comfortable and see to all his needs and nothing
seems to be any trouble to them.
We are truly grateful for their provided service and can't express how much they are appreciated.

My whole experience with Grace Care Services was excellent from start to finish as never even knew this company existed I came across them by accident.
Everything I mean everything was taken care of nothing was a problem staff excellent and caring would do anything to help she definitely went
above and beyond with her caring skills
The carer was amazing she just stepped in and became the best carer anyone could have asked for this gave us as a family the full reassurance we needed.

In the first week of care provided to my mother, they administrated the wrong medication. 3 days later my mother was due medication at 7.30pm, they arrived at 11.20pm. I phoned to speak to the manager, no one answered phone, nor phoned back to dicuss my concerns. Complaint logged with the health
service.

I have had many service providers in with my husband over the years however the staff I have met through Grace Care have been phenomenal, they feel like family. The manager is out regularly to monitor the staff and to ensure that we are satisfied which is nice to have the office side of the care
involved as usually you just see the carers and not know much else about the company. The communication is brilliant and the care is top-notch, I would be lost without this service.

I am extremely grateful for this company and the amazing staff they provided to look after my nanna. They treated her like family and she was so fond of them all. Management were very friendly, attentive and only a phone call away. Needed care quite urgently and Grace did everything they could to
help. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic services, when they say they tailor to the needs of the client they really mean it. Lovely in-office and care staff. No complaints from me or anyone else in the family, we were all very happy with the care our family received.
