Excellent carers who make my dad's life tick along nicely. They never complain even when dad is playing up. Dad never moans about them as they work so well together. He is fed, showered, shaved everyday which helps me enormously. If they have any concerns they ring me or a doctor and they sit with
dad until they are happy he is ok. It's not just a job they really do care. I can't thank them enough for what they do .

Very happy with mother's carers who look after her needs. A little more interaction might be helpful if possible. Would definitely recommend.
Company is quick to respond to package changes or other requests. Very happy overall.

The service given to John over the years were good. There were 1-2 hiccups, but they were dealt with very quickly and resolved.
The care for him in his last days was excellent.
Thank you for the care you gave John.
John died on June 16th.

The carers are friendly, helpful, very caring, considerate in all areas without the carers she couldn't cope to do or walk on her own. Great company highly recommend the service and care given to my mother.

Our experience overall is excellent, we trust the carers & are always in constant communication, mum trusted them and I do too. We are happy & know that anything we need we know that we can approach any of the management & they are always happy to oblige & help. I feel I am listened to, this is
important to me and has allowed me to get my life back.

I think that all the girls that visit my mum and look after her care needs are outstandingly good. I'm happy the way mum has improved a lot. Thank you so much.

Well trained staff who are kind, considerate and professional. They follow not only the agreed tasks but they also provide something just as important, a smile, some conversation and laughter. Overall the communication is excellent, from the carers themselves, the administration team and the
management.

I find the carers are very good, always on time, very friendly and helpful. They really are marvellous, couldn't do without them as I couldn't manage by myself.

From day 1. We have been completely at ease and more than happy with the care provided for my husband. Always a smile, on time. Very careful and professional. We could not have chosen a better company for the needs we have.

Very good and friendly looks after the patient very well and also very patient with her as she has dementia gets on well with her and keeps her in good spirits.makes sure everything is done before she leaves

All my carers are very cheerful, helpful and kind. I also like that they're from the same team. I like that they announce that they have arrived by either saying my name or saying knock knock before entering my room giving me my privacy. I feel like in the very short time they have been caring for
me we've bonded as I hate feeling a burden on people nothing I ask them to do for me is too much. I also like that they ask me if I'm okay and if I've slept well even before they start my morning routine. They also let me know which one of them will be coming in later in the day. The care that is being provided is great infact it's exceptional. Thank you so much your all amazing.

All the staff I had communications and interactions with, were at all times helpful. I found them to be patient, understanding and positive. YHHA in their everyday work, showed to be professional organisation. My father still speaks glowingly of the carers 6 months after his care finished. He now
resides in a care home.

All my carers are dedicated to their work. They are very respectful and nothing is too much for them. They are cheerful and positive and their support goes a long way in making my day manageable.
They understand my needs and are able to do things the way I need them to be done.
They are punctual
and always let me know if they are running late.
I am very happy they are a part of my life.

My mum doesn't like change and appreciates that on the whole, she sees the same carers every day.
We find the carers to be reliable, honest and caring, in the limited time they have available they follow the agreed instructions in particular with regards to the tablets and creams mum requires.
Pleased that management makes themselves available if required.
Communication is good, it's clear that any requests I have made on my mum's behalf have been briefed to the carers.

Amazing care provided for my Nan after coming out of hospital after her 4th stroke. Two carers, 4 times a day and the loveliest people. There were around 10-12 carers who provided care, with 6 of those being the main carers, providing care around 80% of the time. Always made my Nan feel comfortable
and they got along with her like friends, getting to know her over ten months. The quality of care was exceptional and they couldn't do enough. Regular meetings with management to assess the care, although we never had any complaints or recommendations. True professionals.

Service is good. The 18:00 people can be late, the carers do ring up but your office does not. Carers have been two-and-a-half hours late which made me upset. I am disabled, I walk with two sticks.

Amendments to the care package as agreed in the review meeting 5 weeks ago, have still not been fully actioned. Have left 2 messages for the care manager to contact me, with no callback.
I left a message for the manager and her deputy via the online system which again has not been replied to,
despite being sent weeks ago.
Sometimes the daily care notes re: carer duties for my dad, are very hard to make sense of or understand - not clear if dad has actually eaten anything or just assumed he has. Confusing.

Mums carers are very understanding and caring and nearly always arrive at the agreed time.
Willing to help with chores and listen to Mum talk.
They leave the kitchen clean and tidy and always ask Mum if she needs anything else done before they leave.
