Tip top service - caring and compassionate. Always feed back on Mums welfare - inform me of food/fluid intake. Keep her clean safe and well - always accommodating - quick response to all enquires or concerns.

Can't thank faiths care enough , as a family we decided to get mum discharged from hospital our mother was deteriorating badly due to the neglect and treatment on a ward and was confident the carers from faiths care ltd would do a better job and we were so grateful that even though mums come home
as a double up and not able to walk faiths care ltd agreed to take the package on it was the best decision we made mum is still unable to walk but she's happy watching television and doing crosswords and still has capacity something she was loosing badly in hospital so once again thank you to all the carers from faiths care ltd that has made mums quality of life better

Mum is very happy with the care she receives on a daily basis during a traumatic period in her life. The staff make time to chat to her to make her comfortable while carrying out the tasks requested. No hesitation in recommending Faiths Care.

Been with this company a long time over 8 years. All carers arrived on time if not they let me know why. Can approach the management and they will sort out your any problems or change time if needed they there to help you'll l never had a problem. All office staff are helpful in always staff are
very good and go beyond their duty to help me.

Faiths care stepped in, from a very traumatic and upsetting experience with a bad care agency resulting in me having to provide my mums care myself. My mum is now happier and settled and I no longer have to worry or intervene in her care. All staff that have visited mum are friendly, caring,
respectful and very good at their job, mum trusts them completely and is making excellent progress in her rehab after surgery , now she is very settled. Mum is fiercely independent and she doesn't feel patronised or at all concerned, she quite often talks to me about the conversations she has with the carers etc. I would highly recommend this agency for their outstanding commitment to their clients physical and mental wellbeing, their friendly can do approach and for giving me peace of mind knowing my mum is safe and in very capable caring hands. From the thorough risk assessment and management involvement to ensure things are going well, which is very reassuring, keep up the good work Team

Mum has had difficulties this month and faiths have been proactive in contacting doctors and social services in these matters and kept me up to date at all times. Very professional and caring and just what we need.

My mum who is 99 needs help at home so she can stay independent. We had one or two teething problems at the beginning because we had never had carers for my mum before, but these were sorted out immediately. My mum really likes her carers and they are so good with her. I would not hesitate to
recommend Faithcare. Thank you for giving us the piece of mind we need.

I was very pleased how well my wife was looked after over several months. The carers were efficient, cheerful and compassionate, and my wife was very happy with them. I always had a weekly schedule sent to me by email, and if the carers were delayed I was told by phone how soon they would arrive,
which, at meal times, was essential. Thank you.

The carers do a difficult job. I have always found them polite, caring and helpful. They are always willing to do whatever household chores I ask of them. Some show more initiative than others but that is human nature.

I was extremely grateful, to see how very happy and content my mum was during the period that her daughter was away on Holiday. This was due to the high level of care and attention she received during this period.

Faith's looked after Mum from the early stages when she needed just one care visit a day, providing basic care, through to her end-of-life care some months later.
The greater Mum's needs grew, and the more we as a family needed the right help in taking care of Mum, the greater Faith's responded to
those needs. In the last 3 months of Mum's life when she needed 4 care visits a day, with regular telephone calls to and from the family, the more the wonderful staff and management at Faith's responded. As NHS healthcare staff also became involved in Mum's end-of-life care, Faith's worked tirelessly to keep communication going smoothly, doing whatever was necessary to keep Mum safe and comfortable.
Faith's management and staff cannot be praised highly enough. I don't know how we would have managed without them. They became a lifeline for Mum and for the family. I shall always be grateful for the dedication, commitment and care they gave to us and to Mum.

I don't have any issues with my mother's care. I can honestly say she is treated with the upmost respect and always apply to her needs. A friendly and warm approach. Nothing is too much bother, very genuine and caring at all times.

Extremely pleased with the care my husband is receiving from all of the care workers. My husband would to express his appreciation too. Kind, dedicated, skilled, efficient and friendly.

Very friendly. Very caring to my mum's needs. Very helpful and supportive even to all the family and Mum is very happy. I feel Mum is safe and cared for at all times very well and I have no worries with any of the staff that attends Mum.

Faiths carers provided care for my mother for several months. The carers who visited her were fab! So kind, friendly, professional and caring. She needed emergency assistance on a couple of occasions and the carers knew exactly what to do, remained calm and stayed with her until they knew she was
cared for, ensuring that other clients were attended to so that they could stay with her. No matter when I contacted the office I was always listened to and nothing was too much trouble. My mother was treated with dignity and respect, she really looked forward to their visits. We were very grateful for their care and love. Mum is now in a care home, she said the one thing she misses about being in her own home is Faiths carers. Thank you.
