My regular Care Company moved out of the area so I moved to Home Sweet Home. Big mistake but I wasn't exactly spoilt for choice locally. I limped through a month of sub standard Care (I used to be a Caregiver myself) with visit times varying and not as promised initially per agreed assessment. My
Caregivers did not provide the Service promised, were dishevelled and were obviously unkempt. The first time I've actually bought 'Fabreeze' to spray after they'd departed. I do not recommend Home Sweet Home to anyone seeking quality Care.
