Big mistake but I wasn't exactly spoilt for choice locally.
I limped through a month of sub standard Care (I used to be a Caregiver myself) with visit times varying and not as promised initially per agreed assessment.
My Caregivers did not provide the Service promised, were dishevelled and were obviously unkempt. The first time I've actually bought 'Fabreeze' to spray after they'd departed.
I do not recommend Home Sweet Home to anyone seeking quality Care.
Home sweet home responded to the initial enquiry the same day and completed a standard assessment, during which visit times and care requirements were agreed and documented. Call monitoring records confirm visits were delivered consistently in line with the agreed schedule. During the period of...
