Call monitoring records confirm visits were delivered consistently in line with the agreed schedule. During the period of care, no formal concerns were raised regarding missed tasks or failure to deliver the agreed service.

The client did contact the office to raise a concern about a staff members appearance. Management carried out a same-day unannounced spot check, which did not substantiate the concern. The staff member was appropriately presented and met our required standards.

Following a review of care notes, call logs and monitoring records, we do not find the claims made to be supported by the documented evidence, nor are they reflective of the standard of care our service provides.
