I am very happy with my service from the above company. My daily contact with your carers has been a delight. They are very helpful, cheerful and cooperative. I enjoy meeting your staff on daily visits.

I can't praise Alina Homecare enough. The best girls who not only did everything for my mum and made her laugh had time to talk to her and listen. But was also there for me.
Always there at the end of the phone if you needed anything. Like extra help or just advise.

I am delighted to write such a positive review! My Mum started receiving home support on 1st April and the transition from family help to professional carers has been seamless. The briefing meeting was thorough and covered all her needs. Each morning every carer arrives promptly & cheerfully, and
Mum is delighted to see and chat with each and every one of them. They are very willing to undertake any task that she needs and then enjoy a friendly chat in the kitchen, with is so important to her well-being.
The App is wonderfully reassuring, especially when I am away and unable to visit, as it informs me of how Mum is and everything that has been completed.
I am very impressed with Alina Homecare and would recommend them to anyone seeking support for an elderly parent or relative.

I have been so impressed with the service and care my mum has received so far since introducing her to Alina Homecare.
The initial face to face meeting with the manager was extremely informative and not rushed so everything was mutually discussed and explained in detail. This reassured me that all
my mum's individual needs would be professionally and sensitively met and this has been the case on every daily visit she has had since 12th March.
The App is such a valuable tool allowing me access to everything actioned, administered and noted regarding her health and well-being on a daily basis.
Mum has had different carers coming in but each one has shown they are aware of her personal needs before arriving and carry out the requested tasks efficiently, professionally and consistently to each other but most importantly in a friendly manner. This has enabled mum to feel comfortable with each carer and allowed her to ease into a very new concept extremely quickly.

I could not have been happier with the service Mum and Dad have received from the Alina Home Care Potters Bar team. The carers who visited did everything I asked for and more. They are very caring, respectful, and professional. I am pleased with how good they were at communicating with Mum and Dad
and how interested they are in what they have to say. I would recommend them to anyone looking for carers who visit during the day to help with tasks that allow a loved one to remain in their own home.

I cannot recommend the Potters Bar Alina care more. Not only were they professional and incredibly kind, the carers went out of their way to make my Mum feel cared for by doing things for her that she didn't need to ask. They all showed a thoughtfulness towards her that was very much appreciated by
me. I must also praise the team coordinating the carers time tables as Mum's care became more. A staff member in particular was so accommodating and helpful. Thank you Alina, I would definitely use your services again.

My mum engaged Alina Homecare following a fall and has been very happy with the service. Her carers are prompt, efficient and very kind. She feels completely at ease with the ladies that visit and they have been a great asset to her and the family.

The management of the service is brilliant and very responsive and my Dad is well looked after. Alina Homecare are quick to respond to requests for help and flexible when the family are visiting and looking after Dad instead.

Alina Homecare have been looking after my mother-in-law since the end of 2022. The staff are amazing, always helpful, kind and caring. Over recent weeks, my mother-in-law's health has deteriorated and the staff have gone over and above to ensure she has been safe and well cared for.
Changes to
medication have been administered quickly and contact with the office is easy and always actioned.
Special mention to the carer who alerted us to some issues with feet/legs and allowed us to act quickly to prevent discomfort.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Alina Homecare, they ensured peace of mind to us with the care of my mother-in-law.

Alina Homecare has been looking after my Aunt, who has dementia, for over 3 years. Initially they took care of her needs on a part time basis, but as her condition and health declined we had no hesitation in engaging their services privately. As my aunt's needs increased we were able to increase the
level of care and hours to suit and eventually on a 24/7 basis.
I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Alina Homecare. All the carers that looked after my aunt were professional, respectful and most importantly caring.
A special mention to the care manager who went above and beyond to assist not only my aunt but myself who had absolutely no experience in dealing with anything like this. Her professionalism, organizing and communication skills are amazing.
Inviting strangers into your house or in this case my aunt's is never an easy thing these days, but I have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare to look after your nearest and dearest. They truly are the angels among us.

Having been put in contact with Alina after my mum's diagnosis of dementia, and using the service for over a year now, I have been greatly impressed by the care, knowledge, and skill of its staff over that period. Use of equipment and the implementation of technical up to date modern techniques of
how to manage this difficult condition. The help has been very supportive.

The carers at Alina Homecare are extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and show real kindness to my mum. My mum looks forward to the care visits and when she talks about her carers she is happy and smiling. I know my mum is safe and looked after by Alina carers.

My elderly mother, who has dementia, has received daily visits from the ladies at Alina Homecare since she broke her hip some months ago. The service has been excellent throughout, from receiving weekly spreadsheets confirming visiting times to the carers themselves. Mum and dad have thoroughly
enjoyed the daily visits and feel they have been given a reason to get up and organised. Many thanks to all.

My husband has been cared for by Alina for approximately 2 years now. The service we receive from them is second to none, everybody that attends to look after my husband treats him (myself and our daughter) with the greatest respect, they are all always polite, friendly, and very respectful of our
home. After attending to my husband and making sure he is comfortable in his chair, or in the evening in his bed, they make sure everything is put away. They always ask if there is anything else they can do for us before they leave. Alina Homecare provide us with a rota, and if any changes need to be made they inform us. I would highly recommend this company.

The care my wife received is first class. The carers are very friendly and do a fantastic job. We had carers before from other places but they have not been as good as Alina. Always on time. Clean up when finished and left tidy.
