Although Barbara is still very able & active so doesn't need a lot of help, your service gives her family peace of mind that she is being looked after for 4 mornings a week. I also enjoy reading the carers comments to know that Barbara is well & in good spirits.

Cannot fault the service provided. Each of the carers have their own style but are meticulous in carrying out housework. Dorothy is able to take a walk with the carers of the day if weather is suitable, which is something I cannot do as I have to use a mobility scooter. We consider ourselves luck
to have found you. Very grateful.

Quick and responsive to my mother in laws needs after surgery, making her feel more confident when returning home. Great service thereafter for the period of time we needed Wright Care, with the friendly staff being positively encouraging to support recovery.

I have been very happy and satisfied choosing Wright Care as a provider for my mother's needs. They are very professional, caring and offer a first class service. The carers are all very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to have in the home and they all brighten up a dismal day. Peace of mind. First

After a previous stroke, and now very limited mobility two visits a day is essential to achieve adequate well being and this has been achieved with the support of Wright Care. In addition they have supported my wife willingly and sympathetically.

Wright Care has supported my father for the past 18 months, visiting twice a day meaning he has been able to stay living at home independently.
The communication from the team is excellent and they provide an agenda a week in advance for peace of mind.
My father is very happy with the support and
we would both highly recommend Wright Care.

My uncle has been supported at home with Wright Care for 15 months, gradually increasing the hours as he became more dependent. He was very reluctant initially to accept care, as he had been extremely independent but gradually got to know the carers as friends and accepted their help.
With the
support of Wright Care, he was able to stay in his own home and continue to live independently. The care has been exceptional, meeting his needs and individualising his care. His carers go above and beyond.
Communication with me has been excellent from the office and an online visit report each time the carers see him.
I would highly recommend Wright Care at Home.

I want to thank everyone at Wright Care for the support they gave my sister over the last couple of years, until her death last month. My sister was very disabled with Parkinson’s but wanted to continue living independently in her sheltered housing complex. Wright Care did everything they could to
help my sister maintain her independence, dignity and quality of life. She initially had three visits a day to assist with personal care and medication, and this was gradually increased to five visits a day as her health deteriorated. Wright Care was always extremely flexible, changing rotas at short notice to cope with medical emergencies, working alongside the Parkinson’s physio and district nurse to problem solve and make sure my sister had the right equipment to be cared for safely. Carers also provided my sister with companionship, took her shopping and to local appointments, and even helped her to make marmalade and rocky roads. We were touched that so many carers came to see my sister in her last week to say goodbye.

The carers were always on time and at 07:00 am bright and cheerful my wife looked forward to their visits, very professional and caring. They were such a great help to me as my wife's carers. Thank you for all you have done to make life easier for both of us.

I was very impressed with the high standard of care shown to my brother and the quick and efficient way the office dealt with problems. He knew who was coming each day and they let him know if they were late. I felt they were very supportive to both my brother and myself. I would like to take this
opportunity to thank you all and wish you all a good Christmas.

Very kind and caring staff who went out of their way to provide a timetable that would suit my mother and quickly made her feel comfortable with them. They were happy to just chat with Mum on the days that she did not need as much help

My wife greatly values that she usually sees the same Wright Care carer whom she trusts and gets on well with.
Other members of the team have attended her from time to time and all have delivered the same high standard of care.
Fresh rotas are sent out each week so that we know in advance who to
expect and when they will arrive. They are always punctual.
I can contact the Wright Care office (by phone or email) whenever there is something I need to discuss. The management team are always helpful and positive and seems to be extremely well organised.

We have been really impressed with the service, help and care received from all our carers. The team have done everything that we have requested. We would strongly recommend the company to anyone needing help and care.

The staff are friendly, punctual and helpful. I wouldn't go to any other care provider and I can compare as we had several providers when my husband was dying.

All the staff at Wright Care are professional, caring, attentive, friendly, give great companionship and go above and beyond the call of duty. If my stepmother has had any problems they have always sorted it out promptly or kept me in the loop as to what is happening. Management has been wonderful
in sending a carer early if needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend Wright Care to friends and family.

In general, the service has been very good. I was especially pleased with the regularity of the timekeeping, something which is very important to us. Personalities obviously play a role in any relationship and our preference was for the calmer, quieter approach which was with a few exceptions
present,
I did find on occasions additional members of staff arrived without prior warning causing a little overcrowding in our small living room.
I am very sorry that we cannot continue with your Care Company in our new financial situation, it would certainly have been my first choice.

From the initial telephone call, we knew we had struck gold with Wright Care at Home. We were looking for care for Mum as she was leaving hospital after a long stay and needed extra support with a view to long-term care. The care director was the most helpful person you could wish to speak to, she
fully understood our needs and did her utmost to help us out as much as she could.
Mum's health declined significantly over the following six months and Wright Care were very flexible with the care provision and was happy to change the delivery to meet our needs.
Every member of the household felt fully supported and all the carers were friendly and welcoming and part of the family. Unfortunately Mum recently passed away, but the carers were there with us at every stage to support us all as well as Mum at the hardest time you can imagine.
What a company and what a team, there are no words to express how valuable they have been to us over the past year and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
