Mohammad career, I would like to say Mohammad is a wonderful career for my husband, I will give him a gold star. He is excellent for Michael. From Glen. I hope he will be coming to care for Mick in the future.

Unfortunately it seems that the standards set for this company are not met across the whole team. There has been 1 carer that has very little in the way of good manners and how to conduct themselves in the homes of elderly people. Not wearing PPE and constantly sniffing and wiping the nose on the
hand is not really a good thing in any setting let alone that of elderly prone to illness. Despite asking for this carer not to be sent twice already I feel no alternative but to use this platform.
It's a shame because there are other carers who have been and have been absolutely wonderful, caring, and thoughtful of the people who's home they are in.

I would like to take a moment to thank the entire management team for sending excellent team of carers to me for nearly two years. They support and care well for me and I have no concern.

I am very happy with the service provided. This is provided so that I can have some free time and my husband is cared for. I do not need to worry about him whilst I am away from home. My only criticism is I do not always receive an email detailing who will be attending- in particular on Fridays. If
I have needed to change day/time to attend a health appointment myself it has been accommodated.

Barry receives care from Bees Care he needs more care since November 2025. All the carers are kind and helpful and they are all considerate and friendly. I would like to mention Qaisar and M D because they go above and beyond their duties in Barry's care

My dad has been with Bees Care since January 2023. He has built up a good relationship with his carers, especially Nazmal and Abdul . They are both patient, kind and caring. They treat my dad with dignity as they carry out their tasks. Thank you.

Today had Tareeq around to help my husband Charles very helpful today, emptied all the bins, washed up and cared for Chaz. Very good service. What I have come to expect from the carers, keep up the good work. Thank you.

I have been with Bees Care for a number of years and have found that they provide an excellent service. The carers that I have are always of an excellent standard and ensure that all my needs are met. I would highly recommend anyone who was looking for a Care Provider to choose Bees. I hope to enjoy

My son receives care, 2 hours a day. 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. The care my son receives is second to none, they are kind, caring, attentive, funny ( my son laughs ) they listen and they make sure he receives everything within that time.

Hi I am very grateful to the Bee's care company for the care and support given to my mum. Especially Sundas her care work is kind, patient, and always treats her with dignity and respect. She goes above and beyond to make sure my mum feels comfortable and safe.
It gives our family real peace of
mind knowing she is in such caring and capable hands. We truly appreciate everything she does.

The carers from Bee's look after my wife they cary out there duties professionally work long hours with short breaks & happily. They get her up - wash her & help her dress then feed her. We go out for walks in P.Borough, local villages, parks, woods & garden centres. Her fun is also assisted at
singing - with a choir, art classes, meals at pubs. All done effectively with a smile.

I've been a client with Bees care for a little while now and although I have had some unpleasant experiences, staff changes without notifying me, medication incorrect and often finding tablets on the floor, I am wanting to say a huge shout out to Hajra, who has been my regular morning/lunch carer.
She is very caring, kind and just pleasant to be around. She has actually taken the time to even learn all my cats names, I have 6 of them so thats not an easy thing for someone who doesn't know me personally. Hajra is a wonderful carer with such a lovely personality and is always showing care and concern if I am not looking well.

10out of 10 service all the staff go above and beyond not only for the care they give they help the family to my wife faces lights up every time the girls come round not had one bad experience with a new person turning up always a smile on her there face

I would like to write to say how lovely one of my mums main carers is. Sumaira is kind, patient and always has a smile on her face. My mum has difficulties communicating and Sumaira always takes the time to listen and work out what my mum is try to say. Her standard or care is high and she pays
attention to the little details that matter. We all think highly of her and she is welcoming with all of the family, including my noisy children and dogs! We are grateful for all the care she gives.

Overall, I think Bee's Care does a great service. Plus the Careers are welcoming and focused in their job. I definitely recommend Bee's Care to anyone. They are comforting and approachable. I am very happy with their job.

Very happy with my group of carers I have, very polite & helpfull. they are all very good with what they do, and could not do enough for me. exlent training nadn very respectiful with each other I would recomend your Bee's company as the are very respectfull with the clients.
The senior carer was
also very polite and helpfull with her Team of carers, and she has a very good lot carers under her care.
