Very happy with my group of carers I have, very polite & helpfull. they are all very good with what they do, and could not do enough for me. exlent training nadn very respectiful with each other I would recomend your Bee's company as the are very respectfull with the clients.
The senior carer was also
very polite and helpfull with her Team of carers, and she has a very good lot carers under her care.

I am so unimpressed with this service gave me a price and charged me £52 more they were supposed to give me refund, keep ringing them up but they don't give me any answers, please stay clear of these people, I don't want anyone else to be conned like me and my husband.

I have been so impressed with the office staff who are very considerate and flexible too. The carers assigned to mummy are kind, considerate and competent. Mummy doesn't communicate well but when her regular carers come she lights up and is happy to see them. It is so good to have regular carers, they
have got to know Mummys ways and always make sure she is comfortable and well cared for. I would highly recommend Bees Care.

From the first contact with Bee's Care we have been blown away by the professionalism, competent and caring nature of all Bee's Care staff. The carers treat my husband with respect, they quickly learnt what he likes and they always make sure he is comfortable. They also show care towards the rest of
the family, asking if we are ok and offering words of support and kindness. At a difficult time, we are so grateful to have the support of Bee's carers.

My sister is looked after by beescare .my sister carers have respected her wishes and care for her the way she wanted my sister can be bit difficult at times but her carer is doing amazing job .

For the month of April 2025, the care received have been satisfactory. Carers have turned up on time attended to my Aunt with care and attentive. We are very content with the care, but as always there are room for improvements as sometimes some attention to details are lacking.

I have been with my current care company a number of years and I have always found them to be an excellent care company. Care is superb and the support from the company always good. They deal promptly with everything. My carers are very good and my main carer is very very good, I could not ask for more.
I do not have any plans to change my care company.

Bees Care have been very kind and understanding of my situation. I explained that I would need someone who would require minimal interaction and communication from me as when I'm overwhelmed I struggle with socialising and verbalising.
Bees Care provided me with a lovely girl. She is very polite and
respectful. When she gets here I explain what I would like her to concentrate on during her time here and then she just gets on with it. She only comes to me if there is an issue she might come across but that is a rarity. She is a very hard worker and I am always very pleased with her work.
I cannot fault the service I have had from Bees Care at all. I am very grateful for their help.

From the first telephone contact with the office and throughout the period that my mother received care from Bee's Care our family found the standard of care exceptional. The carers were both professional and kind and the administrative staff patient and accommodating. We are happy to recommend Bee's,
without reservation, to any family in need of a care package for an elderly family member.

Most staff are kind, courteous and engaging with my mother. The majority involve my mum in her care needs and take the time to attempt to understand what she is trying to say. Most have good standards of care including basic care needs, attention to skincare, personal hygiene etc. We have a few carers
who come regularly and have a good rapport with my mum and they look out for her best interest and communicate any concerns to me. There are a few members of staff that would benefit from further training and a general understanding of their client base.
