We are new to this company. Impressed by care manager. So efficient+with a lovely manner. I feel reassured that my family are in really good hands as I start getting respite care as a full time unpaid family carer. Carers even turned up in snow. Manager has worked with us to steadily settle in an autistic
adult to having some care at his pace and matched Carers well for specific needs which is such a Godsend. I look forward to a long partnership with this company and the kind carers. I finally feel supported in my caring role and know i have help in a crisis which is such a relief! Thank you

The carers are kind and considerate - we have been receiving care from Bees Care for nearly a year and the service they provide is excellent. The always arrive on time and are cheerful and caring - we have male and female carers - all excellent.

I am so unimpressed with this service gave me a price and charged me £52 more they were supposed to give me refund, keep ringing them up but they don't give me any answers, please stay clear of these people, I don't want anyone else to be conned like me and my husband.

I have been so impressed with the office staff who are very considerate and flexible too. The carers assigned to mummy are kind, considerate and competent. Mummy doesn't communicate well but when her regular carers come she lights up and is happy to see them. It is so good to have regular carers, they
have got to know Mummys ways and always make sure she is comfortable and well cared for. I would highly recommend Bees Care.

From the first contact with Bee's Care we have been blown away by the professionalism, competent and caring nature of all Bee's Care staff. The carers treat my husband with respect, they quickly learnt what he likes and they always make sure he is comfortable. They also show care towards the rest of
the family, asking if we are ok and offering words of support and kindness. At a difficult time, we are so grateful to have the support of Bee's carers.

The carer is excellent - he is professional, kind, caring, friendly and experienced. He is a credit to the profession and can teach many how to be with elderly patients. My dad smiles every time he comes and looks forward to his every visit.

My sister is looked after by beescare .my sister carers have respected her wishes and care for her the way she wanted my sister can be bit difficult at times but her carer is doing amazing job .

For the month of April 2025, the care received have been satisfactory. Carers have turned up on time attended to my Aunt with care and attentive. We are very content with the care, but as always there are room for improvements as sometimes some attention to details are lacking.

We are very satisfied with the care that Bee's carers give, although, of course, some are better than others. They give all the care and more, than they possibly can. I have been with my current care company a number of years and I have always found them to be an excellent care company. Care is superb and the support from the company always good. They deal promptly with everything. My carers are very good and my main carer is very very good, I could not ask for more.
I do not have any plans to change my care company.

Bees Care have been very kind and understanding of my situation. I explained that I would need someone who would require minimal interaction and communication from me as when I'm overwhelmed I struggle with socialising and verbalising.

respectful. When she gets here I explain what I would like her to concentrate on during her time here and then she just gets on with it. She only comes to me if there is an issue she might come across but that is a rarity. She is a very hard worker and I am always very pleased with her work.
