I have had lots of difficulties but never with the carers. They have gone above and beyond to help sort things out - from carers to office to management

The senior carer was also very polite and helpfull with her Team of carers, and she has a very good lot carers under her care.

Very good service from Bees Care. The two carers support my daughter are very good nad caring.

I am so unimpressed with this service gave me a price and charged me £52 more they were supposed to give me refund, keep ringing them up but they don't give me any answers, please stay clear of these people, I don't want anyone else to be conned like me and my husband.

Good. One member of staff spoke to my sister as some people speak to me as if she is not in the room so she was respectful.

I have been so impressed with the office staff who are very considerate and flexible too. The carers assigned to mummy are kind, considerate and competent. Mummy doesn't communicate well but when her regular carers come she lights up and is happy to see them. It is so good to have regular carers, they have got to know Mummys ways and always make sure she is comfortable and well cared for. I would highly recommend Bees Care.

From the first contact with Bee's Care we have been blown away by the professionalism, competent and caring nature of all Bee's Care staff. The carers treat my husband with respect, they quickly learnt what he likes and they always make sure he is comfortable. They also show care towards the rest of the family, asking if we are ok and offering words of support and kindness. At a difficult time, we are so grateful to have the support of Bee's carers.

The carer is excellent - he is professional, kind, caring, friendly and experienced. He is a credit to the profession and can teach many how to be with elderly patients. My dad smiles every time he comes and looks forward to his every visit.

Bee's Care Ltd is very good for my husband. All carers are very good. We are happy with this.

For the month of April 2025, the care received have been satisfactory. Carers have turned up on time attended to my Aunt with care and attentive. We are very content with the care, but as always there are room for improvements as sometimes some attention to details are lacking.

We are very satisfied with the care that Bee's carers give, although, of course, some are better than others. They give all the care and more, than they possibly can. Very efficient, very caring and helpful. All they can possibly help with, they do. We look forward to seeing them and know they do care.

From the very beginning, one staff member in particular has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to professionalism, compassion and rellabuty. He brings warmth, patience and kindness to his role every single day, which has made a significant difference in our lives. He is not only attentive to every details and daily care needs, but he also brings a personal touch that goes beyond expectations. He presence provides both comfort and confidence. Knowing my dad is safe. He treated my dad with dignity and respect, he is an integral part of our routine and peace of mind. I recommend the carer to anyone in need of outstanding care.

I cannot fault the service I have had from Bees Care at all. I am very grateful for their help.

From the first telephone contact with the office and throughout the period that my mother received care from Bee's Care our family found the standard of care exceptional. The carers were both professional and kind and the administrative staff patient and accommodating. We are happy to recommend Bee's, without reservation, to any family in need of a care package for an elderly family member.

I appreciate the helpers who come and help me daily. They are very polite and helpful to me. They help me from the morning to evening with daily chores, like shopping, cooking and cleaning the house.
