The care my Uncle (who has dementia) is receiving is absolutely
outstanding. He lives alone, is frail but very independent. From his
initial professional assessment to this day we as a family have seen a
positive increase to his quality of life. The carers are always in first
contact with me as I am my Uncle's power of attorney, I have a great
relationship with the care manager as we all have my Uncle's best wishes
at heart. If there is anything at all they are quick to let me know so I
can resolve any issues.

Overall, quite satisfactory. As we are new to this type of service we
are unable to comment much further and as time goes on we will be more
able to judge. Apart from the occasional lateness which we know may not
be avoided and the early hiccup with the credit control department
having lost my original direct debit mandate form, I have no further comments.
