I would like to congratulate and offer a heartfelt thank you to A2L Care Services. The professional, dignified, empathic, genuine, and knowledgeable help that was received when caring for my mum who was on end-of-life care, was invaluable. Our live-in-carer arrived with the lady who had introduced
herself to me on the phone a few days prior to mum arriving home. Our carer had a long journey but arrived in plenty of good time and was ready to assist straight away. She spoke kindly and compassionately, her professional coping skills put me at my ease. I felt really well supported and listened to. I myself use to work in the care environment 12 yrs ago, therefore, had some idea of the dedication required, and although some of what I had learned came back to me it was such a relief to have this wonderful lady by my side. I have learned from her and feel proud of myself to have been able to make my mum's last weeks at home as comfortable as possible with the assistance of this lovely lady.
