Searching for the right support for a loved one with dementia is incredibly stressful, but Responsive Care has been a total Godsend. After three months of looking after my mum, their service has been nothing short of exemplary.
Having experienced a different provider for my late father, I was
immediately struck by Responsive Care's gentle, relationship-first approach. They understood that trust is everything; they have not forced a routine, instead taking the time to build a genuine bond with Mum. This has been a game-changer for someone who has frequently refused care in the past.
The all-female team are highly skilled, dementia-aware practitioners who combine professional expertise with genuine heart. Their communication with our family has been outstanding, providing us with such relief and peace of mind. They truly go above and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough to any family in need of sensitive, high-quality care.

I have been using this homecare company's services for the last 1 year, and I am very happy with them. The carers are very kind, caring, and respectful. They always treat me with dignity and make me feel comfortable in my own home.
They are reliable and always come on time. They help me with my
daily activities and make sure I am safe and well looked after. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and always listen to my needs.
I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend this homecare company to anyone who needs trusted and compassionate care.

We have been really happy with the service we have received from Responsive Care. They have been really accommodating with my father's needs and have changed things rapidly when needed. Amit and Binit are lovely and my father really looks forward to seeing them daily. Amit is such a kind gentle soul
and my father is very lucky to have him. Thank you for the wonderful service we continue to receive each day.

The carer has been very patient and caring towards my husband. Excellent care always tries his best when sometimes my husband is not very responsive in having his bath or medication.

The cleaning was thorough and efficient. The home carer is normally on time and is a happy person. She even tries to answer calls outside her typical hours. The home carer gives good advice when the patient's problems are discussed.
