We have had much help from Yourcare24. Carers are lovely. The best carer has been Badana. She does a lovely job wholeheartedly. Ensures we are in a clean and safe place as a family.

My mum has had her care & support provided by Yourcare 24 for the past 5 years. If we feel there are gaps in support, it is a smooth process to speak to my mums care coordinator to discuss. Nothing is too much trouble for then to deal with even if at times our requests to change or add has been at short notice. We trust the carers to provide our mum with the care & support she needs. The support provided is invaluable. I really do not know what we would do without yourcare 24. They are excellent.

I am very happy with the service provided to my dad who is in his nineties. The staff and managers are kind and caring. I feel my dad is well cared for and supported with regular carers. The carers have built warm relationships with my dad. I can contact someone on call out of hours if I have any concerns. I would highly recommend this homecare agency.

I wanted to express my thanks to Yourcare24 and in particular the regular carers who visit and look after my dad. I find they are reliable, caring and that they know my dad and his wider family really well. It is great he sees the same 3 carers regularly and they know what is normal for him and can spot when he needs extra support or attention. I speak to them every so often to pass on messages or if there are any issues with my dad, and they are always friendly, chatty and reassuring. I feel there is good communication with the care agency and they regularly email or call to check that my dad, and wider family are happy with the service they provide. For me they offer peace of mind and reassurance at a challenging time for us as a family.

Excellent care, my sister is very satisfied at the service she is provided with, no job is too small and there is a good communication network between the carers and service user. My sister always praises the carers in the way they handle her and treat her with respect and dignity, and they have got her back

I think that the carers have been brilliant. Certain carers have been exceptional and provided a good quality of care, I have found that carers who are new to supporting me have provided a good standard of care. I have found carers to be respectful to me and my home,

I am the brother of a person receiving personal care from Yourcare24 . The team is led by Tahera and I have been very pleased overall with the care that my brother has received. Tahera has kept in touch regularly via email and the occasional phone call where necessary. My brother can be quite obstinate in some of his habits and daily routines and I know this has been a difficulty for the care team on occasion.

My experience with your care 24 have been a positive one. Carers and staff are satisfactory and give good care for me and mostly friendly carers. Any compliants i have always delt with quick as possible and mostly sorted out.

We have been using YOURCARE24 for a few years now and apart from a few initial teething problems ( which they resolve without issue) i have found them to be the perfect care provider for my mothers needs, the care workers are always properly attired and well mannered during their visits , the tasks are carried out to a high standard with a friendly approach. YOURCARE24 try their best to ensure that the same carer calls when ever possible to enable a relationship to build with them and mum, this works and means mum is less stressed with having to deals with new faces on a daily bases. The head office is run by an efficient team with communication being their main focus, any issues and i get a call from them to inform me , moreover if i call them at anytime , even over the weekend and after hours somebody picks up the phone, it a relief for me to be able to do this. YOURCARE24 is an excellent care provider , a cut above the rest . *****FIVE STARS *****

We are always completely happy and grateful for all the careers and the team that go in and see my dad and even check mum is ok They see to all his needs and every single one mum and dad love. Any concerns they contact me or a doctor straight away. Tahera checks in with me all the time and goes above and beyond to help out with any problems we all have. Wouldn't have coped these last few years without them all. Nothing to improve just keep up the excellent work.

I have been in receipt of care following time in hospital the carers are extremely helpful, they make me feel at ease and show great empathy towards me. In particular my regular carer Chipo is absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble she always has a lovely smile on her face, she is kind punctual respectful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and my needs are met, she really is a beautiful lady. My other carers are also fantastic Memory makes the best hot chocolate and is so kind, Gemma always makes me laugh and cheers me up and Ashley is very sweet. All of them and others I have had care for me sporadically are super stars they work so hard and are a lovely bunch of ladies 10/10. Thank you so very much you are making my road to recovery run smooth and I am extremely grateful to you all for your care and compassion you show me on a daily basis.

We have always found the carers to be very professional, cheerful and very caring. Over the time they have been attending to my mother they have become more like family and listen to any concerns I might have. I can also rely on them to go over and above their job spec if I need some help with anything extra to my mother's usual care. In conclusion I would like to say the care is exemplary as far as I am concerned.

My mum and myself are more than happy with the service Yourcare24 provides The staff treat my mum with dignity kindness and respect They arrive on time and stay for the duration of the call. If they have time they play mums keyboard and sing to her. This makes mum so happy and reminds her of the time when she used to play If there are any concerns I know I can call the office and speak to the manager, who will listen to me without judgement I was once told that they care for my wellbeing as well as my mums which made safe and happy that I'd chosen this company So thank you to all the management and carers for all your hard work you are a huge support to me helping me care for my mum

As always Yourcare have supported my mum and our family 110% After mums recent discharge from a troubled hospital stay they have cared for mum above and beyond anything i could hope for .They have monitored mum and liased with her doctors and district nurses , as a family we feel confident in them to care for our very precious mother which allows us to manage our daily lives and keep everything as normal as possible.
