Over all I have good care. All the carers are amazing they are polite, kind, helpful I feel safe and respected, Mareen is amazing she is so helpful in every way I feel so comfortable and she even asks after my daughter Chloe.

We are very happy with care dad recieves from your care 24 . From the management team to the front line staff, they all very professional, caring and consistent with all dad's care needs. As a family we are very grateful to the team, we feel confident and assured that dad is being well looked after
and are very happy they respect dad's home environment. They contact family with any concerns or if they need to pass on information. Dad has been with this company for approx 6 months, your care 24 seem to be one of the better and good care companies . When I have contacted them ,there has always been a swift acknowledgement and reply .

Having had a major operation, I have needed extra help in looking after myself since coming home due to lack of mobility. I was impressed with the thorough assessment completed initially.
All 3 carers I have had are lovely. Sharon, Gupreet (Pretty) and Priscilla have been very warm and friendly. They
have all been totally happy to do whatever I've needed, have been very efficient and coped well with my playful kitten! They have really taken some of the pressure off during what is a challenging time for me. I have a relative staying for a while now, however will be using them again going forwards. I would highly recommend them!

I'm very happy with the care and service I receive from, Yourcare24. I've been a client for a few years now. The staff and carers are so kind, considerate, respectful and thoughtful, nothing is too much for them, if you need something doing you can't do yourself, the carers will do it for you. I get
on great with one carer Natasha, we have good conversations and bellyful full of laughs. All the staff and carers are lovely.

Yourcare24 have been looking after my brother's needs for the last 3yrs. His care needs are more complex as he is severely disabled.
This care team are amazing, their care for my brother is exceptional. They are always very attentive and meticulous to my brothers needs. A special shout out to Jedias
who deals with my brother's personal care.
They are also vigilant in keeping a careful watch for possible danger or difficulties. They are very patient with my brother who can sometimes be challenging in his behaviour.
The carers are always very friendly and kind to my brother and myself and my mum.
A big shout out for management of this company, Tahera does a fantastic job of keeping all her carers well trained, informed and in the right place at the right time. Tahera also books transport and carers to make sure my brother attends all his hospital appointments on time, which is a great help to us. She also liaisons with the hospital and doctors, which is another great service.

My care package is working very well. I feel I can trust him. It has been 6 weeks so far but we are building a relationship.


One of the difficulties is deciding what to do now we are in winter time to make things interesting for both of us.


The carer is a good time keeper and very polite

with my parents.


I feel very safe when we go out together.

We began our association with the carers on Saturday 29th November. I made contact with the group in the morning, had a visit in the afternoon and the first care visit in the evening.


Each carer has arrived on time, provided a professional service and a willingness to do tasks not directly related

to the direct user care element of the package.


They have all been exceptionally caring and kind and we never fail to have a laugh with them.

The care my Mum receives is very good. Her carers are prompt and reliable and very respectful, always smiling.
She gets the same carers which keeps the standard of care consistent, very important because Mum has memory problems and can't be relied on to tell the carers what she needs.
The co ordinator
keeps in touch regularly to check everything is ok and is very receptive if I need to add or change anything.
YourCare24 looked after my Dad last year before he had to go into care so when it came to Mum needing care we knew which company we wanted and luckily got the same carers who were delighted to come to Mum.

The care my mum receives is very good. The carers are reliable and always give their very best, even when they seem tired. They always make sure mum's medication is up to date and prompt us when the next prescription is due. Mum is very happy with her current carers, as they are the same ones who visit
her every week and she is used to them. As my mum has dementia and sticking with the same carers and routine is crucial for stability.

I was put in touch with Yourcare24 by adult social services when my mums dementia became too difficult to manage on my own. I was at breaking point and they coordinated the care I needed that same day. I really feel they saved me. Every carer that has been has been absolutely excellent. They are patient

We've been using Your Care 24 to support my mother-in-law, and I can't speak highly enough about the care and compassion their team provides. From the very beginning, they have been professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The carers are not only reliable and punctual but also take the time to get

My overall experience is really good, but with occasional glitches, which are usually sorted out straight away. All personnel are kind, courteous, friendly, respectful and efficient. I am treated with dignity and respect, and I feel safe in their hands. It is almost like having another family.

Bibi is an excellent carer. Some of the others are not the same calibre. If the star rating below was just for Bibi I would five stars for everything. She actually cares about my mother's wellbeing. She checks up on which family members are visiting. She doesn't just give her food and leave like the
other carers do as she knows my mum doesn't eat very much so is very patient to find out what she enjoys. She will inform the family what food mum seems to be enjoying.
She cleans the home with care and does not cut corners. She is genuinely a very caring person and the family trusts her. She is truly the best carer mum has ever had and I hope that she remains her carer because you don't always find people with this level of empathy in the sector. It is very difficult living so far from my mum but Bibi makes it a little easier. She can see when my mum seems lonely and informs us so we can take action. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Bibi. She is incredible.

The manager demonstrates that he values communication concerning my relative who receives a very high level of input from his team. And he responds to my emails or calls very promptly.
I don't often see the carers in person. On arrival to the property the house is secure and tidy.
There is a good
consistent and caring group of carers. They will phone me if they have any queries.
