My overall experience is really good, but with occasional glitches, which are usually sorted out straight away. All personnel are kind, courteous, friendly, respectful and efficient. I am treated with dignity and respect, and I feel safe in their hands. It is almost like having another family.

She cleans the home with care and does not cut corners. She is genuinely a very caring person and the family trusts her. She is truly the best carer mum has ever had and I hope that she remains her carer because you don't always find people with this level of empathy in the sector. It is very difficult living so far from my mum but Bibi makes it a little easier. She can see when my mum seems lonely and informs us so we can take action. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Bibi. I don't often see the carers in person. On arrival to the property the house is secure and tidy.
There is a good consistent and caring group of carers. They will phone me if they have any queries.

My mum has had her care & support provided by Yourcare 24 for the past 5 years. If we feel there are gaps in support, it is a smooth process to speak to my mums care coordinator to discuss. Nothing is too much trouble for then to deal with even if at times our requests to change or add has been at short notice. We trust the carers to provide our mum with the care & support she needs. The support provided is invaluable. I really do not know what we would do without yourcare 24. They are excellent.

I am very happy with the service provided to my dad who is in his nineties. The staff and managers are kind and caring. I feel my dad is well cared for and supported with regular carers. The carers have built warm relationships with my dad. I can contact someone on call out of hours if I have any concerns. I would highly recommend this homecare agency.

I feel there is good communication with the care agency and they regularly email or call to check that my dad, and wider family are happy with the service they provide.

The team is led by Tahera and I have been very pleased overall with the care that my brother has received.
Tahera has kept in touch regularly via email and the occasional phone call where necessary.

Carers and staff are satisfactory and give good care for me and mostly friendly carers.
Any compliants i have always delt with quick as possible and mostly sorted out.

The head office is run by an efficient team with communication being their main focus, any issues and i get a call from them to inform me , moreover if i call them at anytime , even over the weekend and after hours somebody picks up the phone, it a relief for me to be able to do this.

I have been in receipt of care following time in hospital the carers are extremely helpful, they make me feel at ease and show great empathy towards me. In particular my regular carer Chipo is absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble she always has a lovely smile on her face, she is kind punctual respectful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and my needs are met, she really is a beautiful lady. My other carers are also fantastic Memory makes the best hot chocolate and is so kind, Gemma always makes me laugh and cheers me up and Ashley is very sweet. All of them and others I have had care for me sporadically are super stars they work so hard and are a lovely bunch of ladies 10/10. Over the time they have been attending to my mother they have become more like family and listen to any concerns I might have.
I can also rely on them to go over and above their job spec if I need some help with anything extra to my mother's usual care.
In conclusion I would like to say the care is exemplary as far as I am concerned.

The staff treat my mum with dignity kindness and respect
They arrive on time and stay for the duration of the call. If they have time they play mums keyboard and sing to her. This makes mum so happy and reminds her of the time when she used to play
If there are any concerns I know I can call the office and speak to the manager, who will listen to me without judgement
I was once told that they care for my wellbeing as well as my mums which made safe and happy that I'd chosen this company

After mums recent discharge from a troubled hospital stay they have cared for mum above and beyond anything i could hope for .They have monitored mum and liased with her doctors and district nurses , as a family we feel confident in them to care for our very precious mother which allows us to manage our daily lives and keep everything as normal as possible.
