Was delighted at the respect and care given to my husband. At a difficult time, I was comforted to see people who did not know either of us treat a dying man with such gentleness. It really reassured me. Thank you.

This was always going to be a short term role and emotional circumstances. There would be no 'second chance'. The first telephone contact and visit inspired confidence. The care was considerate, experienced and dignified. We never felt that our precious time or intimacy was compromised. With your
support, we are grateful for those last days together.

We are very pleased with the care and support they give us. A lovely and caring team of girls. The manager is always there for us to contact and sort out any problems or concerns we both have. We took a carer to Jersey last year for a week. I had a lovely rest while she took care of everything.

The staff is excellent. They are kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them. In these difficult times, they put on complete PPE before entering and have hand sanitizers as well. I have been using them since March 2020. So pleased I chose them.

Most of the staff are great and do their job. I couldn't ask for any better.

The only fault that I have is that visiting times are so irregular that we can't plan our lives as we wish.

I find them friendly, accomodating with plenty of common sense. very flexible and able to anticipate needs. very pleased with them.

Very efficient reliable, caring sensitive, very friendly, able and conscientious. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Amenable on the spot at all times.

Needed help after my husband was discharged from hospital. Your Quality care took over from Rapid Response service. Very pleased great relief to rely on professional, reliable and friendly service.

All the carers that have looked after my dad has been excellent, they take really good care of him in every way and he likes all the carers.
If there are any problems they always let me know.

Your Quality Care have been an absolute godsend helping with my parents. Their help enabled my parents to continue living independently for another year. We found them extremely helpful, very caring, reliable and willing to go the extra mile when a crisis demanded. They would phone if they were
worried about one of the parents and we were confident that the parents were being cared for. Your Quality Care restored our parent's dignity. They were brilliant and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.

Your Quality Care have been absolutely fantastic and we (the children of elderly parents) would not have managed the last few months of them living independently without the dedication and care of Your Quality Care. Your Quality Care have gone over and beyond what we ever expected when we signed the
company up to look after the needs of our parents. For instance, when my mother was taken ill, they phoned me to say they were worried about her and had phoned an ambulance. They then waited with my mother until past midnight until I managed to get there, keeping in touch with the ambulance service to let them know that my mother was now high risk. Your Quality Care stepped up the very same day when my parents eating arrangements had to change, with no notice given, and resolved what would have been a crisis. Your Quality Care have returned clothing for exchange, have taken them to the dentist and have alerted us to changes in health. They have been, in a word, brilliant.
