We are very happy with the care mum is getting. All the carers I've met are lovely. Mum is very happy with care she is receiving. They are all very friendly.

I have been satisfied with the level of care provided, he has always been comfortable with his carers and the level of communication has always been good.

Carers are always on time always respectful easy to get along with and is always happy around most, he has started to recognise staff that have come regular and he's always treated well.

My carers are excellent, gentle and understanding. I have a lot of medical issues, and my carers know how to handle them. Alcedo Care is the best care company I have ever had. Thank you to the office staff.

My carers are very good and efficient with good communication and on time. No problems with the time they arrive. Always ask if they can do anything for me within the half hour. Excellent service.

When the carers come to see me they do what I ask them to do they are so polite and friendly, we have a good chat and the carers and weekend staff are so good to me and they know what to do.

Like most people, it took me some time to admit that, after my discharge from hospital, I would need homecare, until I could get more independent, having been disabled since birth I valued my independence!
I needn’t have worried. Over time we have established a routine which suits us all. They have
become part of our extended family and bring a breath of fresh air when they visit.
The carers are very thoughtful and we have a bit of fun. They also do little jobs for my disabled husband.
The carers do all they can to get to me at the correct time but sometimes the rotas are difficult for them to keep to time.

Carers always reliable and company always reliable. Have had a carer for several years and she is great and very conscientious.

My son has received a very good level of care, with all staff being caring and attentive. There have been some issues with staff consistency however the team have always ensured they have explored as many options as possible to avoid disruption to us as a family. We have been supported by a fair few
agencies over the years but Alcedo have been the best by far and I feel extremely confident in their capabilities to give my son the care he deserves.

I feel safe leaving Dad with Alcedo carers. My dad is very happy with them all.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Until recently, my mum has always been very independent and was very reluctant to even consider the thought of having carers come into her home!
Any concerns were washed away following an initial consultation with the lovely staff member that came out
to see my mum.
This was followed by the most warm-natured and very considerate staff that went above and beyond to assist my mum and her individual needs.
In my mum's words, "They're like family members".
Having the reassurance of knowing my mum was taken care of in this manner meant that my family and I could continue to work with peace of mind, huge thanks to Alcedo Care.

Alcedo provides care to my 96-year-old father, who lives on his own. We have a detailed care plan in place and I can check that his needs have been met. As his needs evolve, the management are flexible and innovative in providing and increasing his support. The mechanics of the support management
are excellent. Fundamentally, care depends on the quality of carers. The team supporting my father have to know him and their care for him is exemplary. He is treated with dignity and provided with love. Thank you.
