After having experienced other care agencies I cannot praise this agency enough. Communication is key and they listened and implemented ways to give my dad with dementia and some distressing behaviour with personal care. The right approach. They have supplied continuity empathy and a standard of
care they would give to their own relatives. From being my dad's carer I can now be more of a daughter which has been valuable for my father and my own peace of mind. I never walk out the door and think my dad's care interaction will change which was a previous experience. Their documentation is very detailed and I get a full picture of my dad's day and night. Incredibly conscientious staff who go above and beyond and relay any issues quickly. To see Dad so well cared for after a period when this was not the case has been invaluable to my whole family and I highly recommend this agency.
