The Caring Partnership has been looking after my elderly mother at home for a couple of years now, and throughout that period the service has been exemplary. Carers cook meals, administer medication, provide companionship, take Mum out for a coffee when possible, and contact me immediately whenever
the need arises. Nothing is too much trouble and on many occasions carers have proven themselves invaluable: Raising health concerns and contacting paramedics and/or Mum's Dr for example and waiting with her beyond their allocated time if necessary until medical help arrives. Management has been particularly helpful with applications for various grants etc and have advised on financial help of which I was unaware. Every carer is friendly, warm, professional and knowledgable; Mum is very fond of all of them and refers to them as friends. I'd recommend the Caring Partnership without hesitation.

We are really pleased with all your carers they are all very professional &!friendly & good at their jobs !! So we are very happy with no complaints ! I have to say that if there's a problem nobody from the top lets us know until it's to late & we are left wondering what to do !! Many thanks Ray

I have 2 years experience with The Caring Partnership company and find them to be professional and understanding of your situation . When I needed extra help/care recently at short notice they were more than happy to help . I have found the carers themselves to be very honest , kind and treat
your family member with respect .
I would highly recommend their services .

I am very happy with the service I receive. Communication due to rota changes could be slightly better. The staff are polite and I am able to talk to them. They all treat me and my property with respect.

When carers were supporting my sister they did a good job , I would estimate 7/8 different carers and all of them did a good job.
The support team behind the carers in the office shocking , either no Comms or endless Comms .
5 emails a week advising of carer details v calls not returned and no
information.
I imaging it's a very difficult business to work in so full credit to those carrying out daily visits .

Some individual carers were marvellous. However, I would not be able to recommend Caring Partnership. I prefer not to elaborate further, all I will say is that this was a difficult time that was, we feel, made more difficult by the care service received.

We have been with Caring Partnership for nearly two and a half years, and in the beginning, we found it very difficult but the support from the carers was a great help, and contact with the office was very easy and the response has always been positive.

Caring Partnership are a good company and I have no complaints. The staff are caring and friendly and I get on with all of them. I can call the main office at any time if I have any problems or issues. But right now I'm happy with the service I receive and as I said I have no complaints.
