I have 2 years experience with The Caring Partnership company and find them to be professional and understanding of your situation . When I needed extra help/care recently at short notice they were more than happy to help . I have found the carers themselves to be very honest , kind and treat your family member with respect . I would highly recommend their services .
I am very happy with the service I receive. Communication due to rota changes could be slightly better. The staff are polite and I am able to talk to them. They all treat me and my property with respect.
When carers were supporting my sister they did a good job , I would estimate 7/8 different carers and all of them did a good job. The support team behind the carers in the office shocking , either no Comms or endless Comms . 5 emails a week advising of carer details v calls not returned and no information. I imaging it's a very difficult business to work in so full credit to those carrying out daily visits .
Some individual carers were marvellous. However, I would not be able to recommend Caring Partnership. I prefer not to elaborate further, all I will say is that this was a difficult time that was, we feel, made more difficult by the care service received.
We have been with Caring Partnership for nearly two and a half years, and in the beginning, we found it very difficult but the support from the carers was a great help, and contact with the office was very easy and the response has always been positive.
Caring Partnership are a good company and I have no complaints. The staff are caring and friendly and I get on with all of them. I can call the main office at any time if I have any problems or issues. But right now I'm happy with the service I receive and as I said I have no complaints.
