We as a family cannot thank Jigsaw enough. They have looked after our mum so well. The carers do what the word means. They care for their clients. They go above and beyond their job roles. My mum didn't want carers but she proper took to them. Unfortunately, we have had to put mum into a care home
for her safety with her dementia getting worse. The manager and the office staff are very helpful and caring too. We 100% recommend them.
Thank you so much Jigsaw for all you did for our mum.

My elderly mother required care four times a day and social services put into place their preferred care team. We had a year of carers failing to turn-up and sometimes being unkind. Meetings with management yielded no long term improvement and my mum was in a constant state of anxiety with regard to
her care. And then we were recommended Jigsaw Homecare. I facilitated the change and Jigsaw took over. What a difference! The carers were professional, kind and competent. 100% reliable. My mother relaxed and looked forward to their visits. The carers genuinely seemed to be interested in their work and always informed me if they had any concerns. Sadly, mum was only with them for a short while before she passed away, but I am ever grateful for the support and kindness of the Jigsaw ladies in the final weeks of mum's life. I thoroughly recommend them.
