We have been using Mulberry Care since July when my Mother's needs became too much for us to manage on our own. They have been supportive and accommodated all our requests and frequent changes to the days and times required. The carers are kind and caring with my Mum and we know that she is safe in their care. We are really grateful that they were recommended to us and support us so well.

Our experience of Mulberry Care Services was outstanding, first class in every respect. The care and professionalism they showed our Dad and our wider family was truly exceptional. They were flexible, considerate, so friendly and made a difficult situation so much better. I would highly, highly recommend their services.

At a time where our world was shifting. Mulberry Care stepped in provided care and respect for our very proud father. They provided unlimited support also for my mother. They accommodated changes in care at a drop of a hat. I cannot thank them enough. When looking for home care look no further than Mulberry Care. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything.

We used your services for our dad following a hospital admission and declining health. Both my parents were very reluctant for carers/ help however they really needed it. The way your staff helped, supported and cared was exceptional. Your can do attitude, kindness and compassion was so wonderful. It felt quickly like friends of the family. We thank you so much for turning a very difficult and challenging time so much easier to bane.

The team who cared for my dad were all so kind, supportive, patient and very sweet. Also Sophia and Laura were a massive support changing the rota to accommodate my fathers needs at very short notice. To witness the carers treating my dad so gently, so loving was so touching we can't praise them enough. They treated him like their own family it was beautiful to see. Thank you.

Mulberry helped care for my uncle during a stressful and rapid decline in health. Every single carer has been warm, kind, calm and respectful. They never rush, and always seem glad to be there. As needs changed, the care provision was responsive, even at short notice and the Mulberry carers worked well alongside other agencies, including a live-in carer. The carers and the managers have all supported me as well as my uncle, and I would have been lost without their help. I can't say thank you enough, and I would highly recommend this service.

I have been a client of Mulberry Home Care since February 2025 The first point of contact was Sophia who came to see me did a site visit and I had a two hour thorough conversation with her very very professional It's become apparent that Mulberry look after their staff extremely well and therefore the staff look after their clients extremely well that is a very good business model to follow I'm really cannot recommend them highly enough and in fact, I've recommended them to a couple of people in Weybridge

Mulberry has been caring for my wife for over three years. Initially, when she was mobile carers would come in three days each week but following a hospital admission fifteen months ago two carers have been visiting three times each day to deal with her personal needs. They never failed to turn up and on the odd occasion when late due to traffic conditions the office would phone to advise. The service they provided was excellent and whilst I was preparing meals, I could hear my wife laughing and joking with the carers. Even at the very end the carers were present to offer support. With the help of Mulberry my wife was able to remain in our home and enjoy familiar surroundings which I know made an enormous difference to her wellbeing.

For the last 18 months the team at Mulberry have been 5* in supporting and caring for my 85 year old mother-in-law. They have delicately and empathically navigated the line between encouraging her to be independent, knowing when to hold back and when to offer support. Carers were also flexible and happy to carry out whatever task was required, to help her feel less isolated whilst living alone. Thoroughly recommend Mulberry as an experienced, competent and dedicated care provider - with good channels of communication. We will miss working with them.

We were both impressed with all the carers, who were extremely professional, caring and kind. Their personal attention to my husband was exemplary in every way. Timekeeping was always very good and the office always informed us of any problems. We would highly recommend Mulberry to anyone who requires a competent, reliable and caring agency. 5-star ratings for all categories.

Great experience. They really came through for me at the last minute (I have complex healthcare needs) and provided excellent service. Very transparent, helpful and able to understand and follow instructions well. Can't fault them.

We have begun our journey with Mulberry in the last month. My mother is elderly and ill, and sometimes confused, but has refused to have the help she needs in the past. Her contact with people from Mulberry has been transformative, as she has liked and trusted them, enabling her to accept the care she needs. As well as being caring and friendly to Mum, they have also been communicative and flexible with me as the relative organising everything, as we have adjusted and increased the help that Mum needs. I'm delighted with the service, the impact it has had on Mum, as well as the greater peace of mind I have, knowing that she is in good hands.

Mulberry has been providing a very good carer to help my wife and me for a few months. The carer ably drives us in our car for much-valued weekly outings and helps with our use of our mobility equipment, including frequently pushing one of us in a wheelchair on our visits to gardens, shops, medical appointments etc. She also assists with several other chores such as shopping, charity shop and post office visits. Our carer is very kind, upbeat, and very quick in doing the many tasks she has to juggle for us! We really appreciate her caring and willing assistance. Mulberry has been very responsive to our needs and very clear and kind in their dealings with us.

Mulberry have been looking after my mum since July 2019, when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Their care and attention to supporting Mum in the way she prefers is so helpful to my sister and I. The management team are one of a kind and they always go above and beyond. Communication is clear and regular. The care staff are amazing. Mum isn’t always the easiest to care for and they sometimes have to deal with her challenging moods but always ensure she is safe and happy. As she cannot work the phone anymore, they will help her to video call us when she wants to talk. I cannot thank them enough!

I have to say Mulberry Care are absolutely amazing from the top down. I’ve never received care of this quality in the whole time I’ve received care. The management team are helpful and only a phone call away. The staff are vetted to the highest levels and maintain a level of excellent care and compassion across the board. The staff have a range of skills that help with my needs and help me run my household and life. I feel that I’m cared for and I’m constantly regularly. I’m made to feel like part of the that works towards my goal and not a passive participant.

Every single carer has been so kind, professional and respectful towards my elderly, disabled father and I feel completely at ease leaving him with them. The management team are fantastic. They are always available and nothing is too much trouble. Good care is hard to find and I am very grateful to Mulberry for the wonderful service they provide.

Mulberry Homecare provided high-quality care for my mum for nearly three years while she was living independently at home. She recently moved into a nursing home following a month in hospital. Some of the carers still pop in to see her in their free time which she enjoys very much. The managers of Mulberry Homecare have always done their best to accommodate Mum's changing needs (often at short notice). They have responded rapidly whenever Mum has had any worries or concerns. And they have drawn our attention to health issues which we might otherwise have missed. Mum has great respect and affection for them, and we are extremely grateful for the attentive, dedicated and caring service that they have provided.

Thank you Mulberry Care Services for all your care and support in my grandma's last few months. Not only did you ensure my grandma was well cared for, but you also supported me through a very difficult time. As my Grandma's needs changed you adapted her care package at very short notice and went above and beyond. I can't thank you enough and am so very glad we chose Mulberry Care Services.

Our 95 years young mum had a fall in April and over the next 4 months has needed help with washing, dressing, cooking, and other chores on a daily basis. Mulberry Home Care Services certainly came to her rescue. Every carer has been so helpful and friendly yet professional throughout. Whether on the morning or evening shift, they were always punctual, kind and good humoured. There is no doubt that the quality of the care that Mum has received has contributed to her remarkable recovery. Mum is now back to full independent living but if something similar were to happen again, the first people we'll call for help are Mulberry.
