I really loved my time at kinder home care! They were supportive kind and helpful . All off the staff were happy to help and always there if I needed them they made me feel at home without being in my real home .

My son, M, who has autism, epilepsy,ADHD, a restricted diet and experiences unsettled behaviour, has been wonderfully cared for by the kind and dedicated staff at Kindercare. From the very beginning it felt as though they became part of our family.They treated my son with patience, respect, and
dignity
at all times. Every staff member involved in his care has been amazing, hardworking, compassionate
and genuinely committed to his wellbeing. This has been a challenging for us, but the support from kinder care has been truly outstanding.
I am incredibly grateful to the entire team.Thank you for everything you have done for us. I highly recommend this company.

Our mother always wanted care in her home, when she was unable to look after herself. Kinder provided four visits per day for 12 months. She usually had the same team and got to know them well. We cannot praise Kinder enough for treating mum with respect and dignity at all times. They were caring
and went above and beyond to help her live safely. It has been a challenging year but with the support of Kinder, we have got through. Our thanks to the team. I would recommend this Company.

For any family to require carers not only into their home but to care for a relative with dignity is so very hard to do.
We had the same carers for over a year, they became part of the family and were always pleasant and always acknowledged everyone.
One thing I loved is that they never stopped
talking to Mum and in a manner that was the same as any person without dementia, Mum was unable to vocally communicate since they started but always smiled at the carers and I know she had the care not only Mum but Dad needed.
We will never forget them and are so grateful for there care and support.
On the flip side, it says a lot for a company if they have a very low turnover of staff it needs a good management team for staff to want to stay and work such long hours.
I highly recommend them and hope reading this reassures you.
