I am so grateful to everyone at Golden Care who arranged and provided really great care for my mum, after an operation, at incredibly short notice. The management staff were supportive and so organised, responding quickly and helpfully. The staff who came to help Mum in the morning and evening were
lovely, helpful, caring and highly professional. It is never easy to have people coming into your home but the staff made it so comfortable for Mum. This provided such peace of mind for me and as Mum said, she would not have been as far on in her recovery without their support. If Mum needs any help or support in the future, we would come straight back to Golden Care. Thank you.

Golden Home Care has been looking after my mum for several years now and I am so grateful for the care that they provide. They are respectful of Mum’s dignity, caring, thoughtful and bring humour into Mum’s life. I have a very good relationship with both the caring staff and the office. By working
together we are able to achieve a very high level of care for Mum. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

You hear so many horror stories about care providers but we have been nothing but happy with Golden Home Care. Very happy with all their communication, they are very helpful. We received a rota every week lettings us know who is coming and when. Carers are gentle, caring, efficient, and treat my mum
with dignity and respect. They also arrive on time every day. Would certainly recommend it to friends and family.
