The management staff were supportive and so organised, responding quickly and helpfully. The staff who came to help Mum in the morning and evening were lovely, helpful, caring and highly professional. It is never easy to have people coming into your home but the staff made it so comfortable for Mum. This provided such peace of mind for me and as Mum said, she would not have been as far on in her recovery without their support. If Mum needs any help or support in the future, we would come straight back to Golden Care. Thank you.

You hear so many horror stories about care providers but we have been nothing but happy with Golden Home Care. Very happy with all their communication, they are very helpful. We received a rota every week lettings us know who is coming and when. Carers are gentle, caring, efficient, and treat my mum with dignity and respect. They also arrive on time every day.
