Allium has been taking great care of my dad for the last year. The best thing about Allium is the carers, as they are wonderful! They are so kind and patient and diligent and careful. It's been great to know that my dad is in really good hands and I don't need to worry. They help him with everything
from personal-care to ordering the shopping. They are extremely reliable and very well trained so I would highly recommend them.

My mother has been using Allium to provide her care needs since August 2025. We cannot speak highly enough of the care that has been provided for Mum. Every carer that has visited Mum has been friendly, kind and helpful and Mum enjoys having them coming to help her. Knowing that Mum is being
supported to eat and drink regularly has given the family peace of mind. We would highly recommend Allium for anyone needing to provide carers for a loved one.

Allium Homecare provided a very reliable and expert service, paying great attention to detail whilst looking after my mum. They went the extra mile in all they did, and provided a very caring, attentive and warm engagement with mum on a daily basis. Highly recommend.

This is the second review I have written for Allium Homecare, previously November 2023. My mother has passed away in January 2025 and her needs changed greatly during the last 18 months of her care. Allium went above and beyond to cater for all that Mum needed right from the very beginning. I
honestly felt that they couldn't have done anything more for Mum. She loved their visits, and looked on all carers are friends. Their care and attention to detail was faultless and I have never hesitated recommending Allium to anyone needing care. I really appreciated the regular reviews, as the carers realised before me which issues had to be addresses as she became more helpless and more reliant on carers for everything. Mum became very demanding but the carers co-operated in every way.I will always be extremely grateful to Allium for all their wonderful genuine help for the many years we needed them.
Amazingly, even on the day that Mum passed away, we were greatly helped by Allium staff.

We started using Allium in 2023 when they provided companionship visits for my elderly frail mother. These visits - which my mother thoroughly enjoyed - continued on an ad hoc basis for some time which was another plus for us as some agencies do not provide this service unless the client is having
regular visits (something we did not need at that time).
In the latter part of this year, my mother's care needs changed as her general condition worsened and there was no question that we would seek additional support from Allium as we navigated her care needs which changed on an almost weekly basis. Nothing has been too much for them and they have been outstanding in all areas consistently demonstrating their values in abundance.
My sister and I were nurses with over 60 years of experience between us and we have seen and heard all the horror stories but not here, our expectations time and time again have been exceeded as we have worked in partnership with this excellent agency.

My mother has been using Allium for 9 months and very much appreciates having their help three times a week. The three ladies that visit are a great match for my mum and provide wonderful support and care, that is both professional and friendly, including taking her to appointments and this is
backed by an excellent and responsive office team.

We started using Allium in July 2023 and we are very pleased with the impact it has had on our elderly parents lives. Entering into a care plan can be a daunting experience if you have not done it before but Allium made it all smooth with lots of communication. The carers are very good at seeing to
our parent's personal care and just knowing someone is there to see to them in the mornings every day is a great peace of mind for us. Nothing is too much trouble and I know they would accommodate any request we would make.
I would have no issues recommending them and have told all my friends we are very happy with the service.

We first used Allium to help look after my father some years ago and were delighted with the caring and efficient way all of the carers treated him. Now my husband needs help and I would not want to use any other company. All of the carers are selected for their capabilities and suitability for the
work and trained to Allium's very high standards. I already recommend them to anyone who is thinking of using a care company to help a loved one.

They really do care about my dad and go above and beyond my expectations. Flexible and accommodating when required. Lots of thoughtful touches, I feel like they really do care a lot about my dad as a person and have taken time to get to know him. He

Allium carers have been looking after my Mum for the last month. The experience has been a totally positive one so far. The set-up and preparation for her onboarding was thorough and covered all of my Mum's day-to-day practical needs. The carers are professional, hard-working and happy and my Mum
has settled quickly with them. They make sure her care plan is enacted as agreed and moreover they are very caring and already I have seen them going the extra mile to make my Mum comfortable and happy. The app is great and I can see what's happening with the visits remotely which gives me great peace of mind. Can't recommend Allium enough!

I have been very impressed with Alium since I first contacted them about providing daily care for my mother. The initial care plan has been regularly updated over the last 18 months. Carers were selected who could best meet my mother's needs and it has worked out so much better than I imagined. She
has 2 regular carers who have both been so caring and helpful. My mother feels completely at ease with them and having initially been reluctant to accept help, now knows she couldn't remain at home without them. A very professional yet friendly service.

I was very impressed with the thorough assessment of me and my needs before carers were allocated. There was an hour 'face to face', then a long phone call, and a home visit from the manager. There have been several carers, and each one has been kind, helpful, and efficient. At the moment I can wash
and dress myself, but they are willing to do anything else I have asked of them - dealing with laundry, preparing vegetables for several days (I cook them myself as needed), washing my hair, and making my bed, changing sheets and turning the mattress. I have a regular cleaner, but the carers will occasionally help me to 'Spring clean' a cupboard. They come in with a smile and cheery, 'How are you feeling today?', and seem happy in their job. I am certainly happy to have them coming.

I can't thank Allium Home Care enough. They cared for my mum at home until she passed away in March 2021 and now they look after my dad. All carers are lovely and can't do enough for him. They are my eyes and ears when I can't be with him and he loves having his daily chats. They always go that
extra mile - helping me sort out his medications if we have any issues and dropping off samples to GP. They are always at the end of the phone if needed and it totally puts my mind at rest that they are looking after him so well. I would highly recommend Allium, if you want peace of mind that your loved one is getting all the respect and care they deserve.
