After months of struggling and arguing while washing, showering and dressing my husband, each morning, I was exhausted and my family insisted I got carers in to help. I knew from the minute the manager and her deputy walked into our home we had chosen the right company. They were very friendly but
professional, explaining their backgrounds( NHS nurses) and the company policies. My husband was (unusually) very open to their suggestions for his needs and care. They explained that it would be 2 or 3 different carers but one of them would accompany the carer on their 1st visit to introduce them and explain what services had been agreed. My husband was a different man! Chatting away to the carer each day. Telling them little anecdotes about his life etc. It made such a difference to our lives. Our daily angels. Unfortunately, my husband had a massive heartache in March which he didn't survive.
