Staff who care and support my daughter and her partner who have special needs are very efficient and positive when they visit. They are very willing to help in any task around their home that helps them in any way they can. This includes helping with evening meals and dishwashing. Helping with
laundry and tumble drying in winter and putting clothes out in summer. As well as general cleaning and hoovering. Whatever they are asked to do they are willing to do. Any minor issues my family have had in the past have been dealt with promptly by the area co-ordinators of the care company.

Elite Care provided an excellent level of care for my dad, who had terminal cancer. They supported him for several months, providing end-of-life care, and their manager personally stayed with dad on the night before he died. I’d like to recommend the manager in particular as she helped us a lot,
providing emotional support for the family as well as outstanding care for my dad. She even collected the end-of-life drugs for me and helped with dad's funeral. She even came to see us and visited in her own time.

My grandpa had the most attentive care from Elite, we cannot praise them enough! First class. We could not have asked for better.

I have received services for my wife who is living with Dementia from Elite Care North West for the last four months. My wife has received the best care we could wish for, the carers are brilliant and do everything that we require. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I am so pleased that we have entrusted the care of our Dad to Elite Care, we are extremely pleased with the service. Dad has mixed Dementia and his previous care provider was sending in 10 different carers over a 7 day period, who didn’t know him and were not helping his routine. Elite Care has
ensured that he has a team of only 3 staff who cover 26 visits over the week, the improvement in his wellbeing over the past 3 months has been fantastic. We couldn’t recommend Elite enough, the whole team are fabulous, nothing is ever too much trouble and they always go the extra mile!
