Manager and all carers have been punctual, lovely and so helpful. From day one they recommended products that have worked wonders for my mum's skin and doctor's agreed. Definitely have gone out their way to help me care for my mum. It's a shame they can't continue care for my mum because it was a
short term arrangement.

I have excellent service with the same people caring for me every day. This has been so reassuring and reduced my stress levels.

Very patient and flexible as well as competent and carrying out all required tasks. It is important that her CPAP is properly attached at night.

Thank you for being understanding and very patient whilst providing care and support to my dad at a very difficult time for my family. The staff were very friendly and our main carer would go out of his way to see to a seamless transition/handover in the evenings. We will be eternally thankful for
your great kindness.

Paratus Partners carers were very attentive to my mum. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help. Right from the onset, their helpful staff were very thoughtful and supportive at a hectic time when we needed to make early live in care arrangements. We live a fair distance from my mum, their
local presence gave us priceless peace of mind.
