Manager and all carers have been punctual, lovely and so helpful. From day one they recommended products that have worked wonders for my mum's skin and doctor's agreed. Definitely have gone out their way to help me care for my mum. It's a shame they can't continue care for my mum because it was a short
term arrangement.

Thank you for being understanding and very patient whilst providing care and support to my dad at a very difficult time for my family. Paratus Partners carers were very attentive to my mum. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help.
