My father in law continues to receive outstanding care from Passion home care. He receives 4 visits per day and all the carers he has are excellent. Very caring and respectful and really do their best to look after him. We are very grateful for the way they look after him, a wonderful team of people

Overall excellent service. Carers look after mum so well and are so kind and lovely with her. There is the odd issue/problem that arises but the supervisor/area coordinator is always quick to respond and resolve. I would highly recommend

I have been cleaning and doing laundry for your client for a number of years now. The carers who have been looking after my friend on a daily basis have been exceptional. Extremely polite, caring and professional . I have built a good relationship with them all and we have worked together well to meet all of my friends' needs.

The Passion Home Care Team were superb and treated my Mother with dignity and were always respectful. I could not ask for better care for my Mother who was not always the easiest of persons to treat in her latter days.

I can't praise Passion Home Care enough. The carers are obviously well-trained and show great empathy when supporting my brother who has Multiple Sclerosis. The team go the extra mile in all aspects of care, the level of care goes well beyond a business arrangement and my brother looks forward to his house visits. I would highly recommended Passion Home Care if you want the best for your loved one.

The care and treatment of Passion Home Care has been highly professional and caring. All the carers are fantastic very helpful pleasant to talk to and they clean up after themselves and are always on time. When they are finished they always ask if is there anything else they can do for me. Only last year I had these terrible headaches they phoned the ambulance for me I saw a doctor at the hospital, I saw the surgeon after they discovered that I had a double bleed on the brain and he said if the carers hadn't phoned the ambulance when they did I would be dead by now. The surgeon said to me that this has been a miracle of god that I can walk, talk and speak. All I can say is that this care company is the best on the market. I have worked in the caring profession myself, so I know what I am talking about, have worked for the NHS nursing homes and hospitals I reckon this is the best company in the country.

When my mom came home from care home, I was very anxious about the care service. Passion Care has been absolutely fantastic from day one for my mom. Very professional, very caring, and most importantly, they follow everything to perfection. From giving my mom showers to ensuring she is well and reporting to doctors and district nurses when necessary, they handle it all. I can't thank them enough for such amazing care. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. Additionally, anything that you request them, they ensure they do it without fail!

Passion Home Care started to care for Mum in October 2023, within a few days it was apparent we had made the right decision to change carers. The management team had listened to my mum's needs and the carers delivered a first-class, caring, professional, knowledgeable service. Never late, or shortened visits. It felt like your friends were visiting. We felt happy leaving Mum in their care, especially when we were unable to visit. Passion helped keep Mum living at home with dignity in her final months. Thank you so much.

The Passion Home Care company were appointed by the council to provide my home care early in January 2024. Since then I have been extremely happy with their services. The care, kindness and friendly approach has been praiseworthy. Above all their punctuality is most impressive. The local management team have appreciated my desire to attend church on Sundays and have made the necessary arrangements to facilitate this. I give them a mark of A+.

I knew from day one that Passion Home Care were the best carers for me. I'm blind and disabled, following multiple strokes when I was 41, so I had to put complete trust in my carers. I can now say that I am delighted with the care I receive. All the carers are so kind and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I trust them all completely and I couldn't be happier with Passion Home Care.

As a family, we are absolutely delighted with the care my father receives every day from his wonderful care team. We are beyond grateful for the efforts and dedication of the carers who tend to his every need with every single visit. We cannot fault a single thing and have never had even one issue in all his months of care. Quite simply, his care team are angels. My dad is very happy with his care as am I, keep up the excellent service, they are on time and look after all my dad’s needs above and beyond, they are always talking to him, very clean and always give me a ring if they need anything or leave a note on the kitchen door to get for my dad.

I would highly recommend Passion Home Care Manchester company to everyone, is an outstanding care company that actually cares and goes above and beyond so that best care is delivered. I’ve been using the service for my son since May 2023 and never disappointed especially managers and all staff members are super nice, lovely, kind, polite and friendly. All staff members turn up on time and stay longer for the duration if required. The manager is very positive in nature, respectful, polite, helpful, caters needs and wants and super quick response on every occasion. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart to the manager and all staff members providing services to my son’s care plan. I’m so grateful and blessed to have you all in my life.
