We are very happy and thankful for the two carers provided by the agency. The 2 carers were very friendly, kind and caring. They were also very considerate and helped us with our specific requests in caring for our father. They were both very professional and looked after my father and their
standard of care was excellent. The management dealt with our queries very promptly and were very helpful.

The carers were kind and compassionate. Many of them were inexperienced - particularly with the hoist and with dying patients.
But they were kind and thoughtful, which is priceless.

My mother was provided with exemplary care in her own home over the 10 days prior to her death. We are very grateful for the kindness and compassion shown by all the carers who enabled mum to stay at home. Thank you.

This is our first encounter with the caring industry. Once we organised set carers so my husband was comfortable, we couldn't be happier. At first we were taken aback to have a male carer. How wrong were we? Our carer is so very helpful, efficient and compassionate and helps my husband maintain his
dignity. We also have two ladies. These three are an amazing team.
At first we had two other ladies who weren't right for us. We spoke to the chap in charge and he changed things to suit us.
Very pleased with my husband's care. At a time when I felt lost, they helped.
