We are very happy and thankful for the two carers provided by the agency. The 2 carers were very friendly, kind and caring. They were also very considerate and helped us with our specific requests in caring for our father. They were both very professional and looked after my father and their standard of care was excellent. The management dealt with our queries very promptly and were very helpful.
