Thanks goes to the Manager, and her care team. They looked after my mother from January 2025 to her passing in July. Overall Acts Healthcare were very caring, they adapted their hours to fit in with Mum's needs. They were always available to speak to on the phone/e mail/text. The App was good once it was activated correctly. Mum enjoyed their company and was happy to rely on them for her care. She chose to stay at home for her end of life rather than go into a home - a testament to the care that she was receiving.

Acts Health Care provide marvellous care for both my parents. The carer is always prompt and works efficiently. My parents really appreciate, as do I, what the carer does for them. She recently gave very appropriate advice regarding a fall my father sustained. I am very impressed with this company.

Acts Health Care company have been in contact with me constantly within the past few months regarding my mum's care, they have reviewed her case and taken action when necessary. At the moment I can't fault them. My mother has got used to her carers and relies on them to take care of her. My mum has connected with her carers and trusts them. No concerns at all regarding trust issues.

Carers turn up on time and do what we have asked them to do nothing is too much trouble. Help with cleaning like hoovering, taking mum out for walks or to different groups helps to make food washing pots.
