I like so many others was referred to Clovecare by members of the START team who cared for me when I left hospital after eleven weeks and could not walk .i had a hospital bed downstairs and carers came in twice a day . I was encouraged to practise walking up and down the stairs with the carers
help, and now have moved back upstairs into my own bed and am able to have a shower twice a week .My family is so grateful to the carers for all the help and encouragement I have received and would thoroughly recommend this Care Agency to anyone looking for loving care.

The carers take great care of my mother - who has her 'own way' of wanting things done to enable her to still live in her own home. They have built up a strong relationship with her, are aware of her needs and wishes in all aspects of her care, treating her with understanding and dignity at all
times. They go above and beyond when emergencies occur and keep me fully informed at all times.
We had a recent family wedding and they helped get mum ready for her trip, anticipating all her needs for the weekend which made things go smoothly.

Clove Care are looking after my mother. Prior to this they provided end of life care for my father.
I am very happy with the standard of care my mother is receiving. The staff are kind, compassionate and trustworthy. My mother's needs are met and she is treated with dignity and respect.

I would like to thank Clovecare for all their help with my mum, without them I wouldn't know what to do. My mum has been receiving care from Clovecare for the past 2 years which has had to be increased significantly over the past 4 months. They go over and above in the help they provided for both
myself and my mum, she isn't the easiest person to deal with!! Just a phone call to them and they will help with any questions I might pose. It's such a relief knowing they are just a phone call away. You hear so many horror stories but I must say this isn't one of those. The ladies in the office and the carers are quite honestly amazing, thank you for everything you do.

Immense thanks to all the staff at Clovecare for their professional and compassionate care and support of our elderly Aunt who has, over the years, had numerous falls and been in and out of hospital. Clovecare have consistently gone the extra mile on every occasion and we are extremely grateful to
be able to rely on them, often at very short notice, to make sure Aunty remains safe and is able to continue living as independently as possible. Their proactive approach to making sure Aunty gets the right medical support when required is also much appreciated especially as we live some distance away and it is a huge relief to know we can rely on them in any emergency. We cannot say thank you enough.

Very pleased with Clovecare. Mum had never wanted carers but now needs them. One staff member in particular was very understanding when setting everything up. The manager in the office is always helpful and prompt to respond to my (numerous!) emails. The lovely carers look after mum well even when
she is being challenging. I think she appreciates their care although she may not always admit it! I certainly appreciate it. They are helpful and adaptable and the cost is reasonable for the service they provide. Being able to check status of each visit on phone is very handy. I would definitely recommend this care company. Lovely ladies.

Me and my family are so happy to have found this care company. The staff are absolute angels that have really got to know my nan and although she can be difficult, they deal with her amazingly. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my nan's safety and welfare and also put up with us, a very big
family who are all heavily involved.
The management team are kind, compassionate and easily reachable for anything we need which is great and much appreciated. I couldn't recommend this company any more!

We have been really pleased with Clovecare. Mum has the same person every day, except her day off. She is kind, caring and makes her feel comfortable. Other staff she's had from Clovecare are all the same, very kind and caring. Always on time and have a cheerful greeting and are good company.

Fantastic care company, staff are very friendly and attentive. The team are also flexible and adapts to any care needs of the client.
My grandmother always feels confident and happy when the team visit her.

I am looked after by a great carer who has become a best friend. She is ultra-capable, kind and funny - we laugh such a lot! Her visits always cheer me up and nothing is too much trouble. She changes my pain patch and changes my duvet! She will cut up an avocado for me and she will feed my garden
birds!
I have nerve damage which adversely affects my breathing and my right arm, which is now useless.
I’m also awaiting a new hip in the next few weeks so there are lots of things I am unable to do for myself.
Clovecare also cared for my late husband for many years from when he was just mobile, then for several years when he was bedbound. They kept him clean, well-fed and cheerful (my neighbours loved the “singing” in the shower!) and while they cared for him in bed he had no pressure sores.
I am well satisfied with Clovecare and all the Carers that I have met. I would not want to ever use another agency.
