Wonderful, trustworthy, reliable, confidential really great company and wouldn't really want anyone else. Husband died and anxiety very very bad but Clovecare helped me tremendously in many ways. The carer that has come to me for last eight years truly helped me in my bad, depressing days and now I've got a bit of bounce back. Thank you Clovecare.

I like so many others was referred to Clovecare by members of the START team who cared for me when I left hospital after eleven weeks and could not walk .i had a hospital bed downstairs and carers came in twice a day . I was encouraged to practise walking up and down the stairs with the carers help, and now have moved back upstairs into my own bed and am able to have a shower twice a week .My family is so grateful to the carers for all the help and encouragement I have received and would thoroughly recommend this Care Agency to anyone looking for loving care.

I would like to thank Clovecare for all their help with my mum, without them I wouldn't know what to do. My mum has been receiving care from Clovecare for the past 2 years which has had to be increased significantly over the past 4 months. They go over and above in the help they provided for both myself and my mum, she isn't the easiest person to deal with!! Just a phone call to them and they will help with any questions I might pose. It's such a relief knowing they are just a phone call away. You hear so many horror stories but I must say this isn't one of those. The ladies in the office and the carers are quite honestly amazing, thank you for everything you do.

Immense thanks to all the staff at Clovecare for their professional and compassionate care and support of our elderly Aunt who has, over the years, had numerous falls and been in and out of hospital. Clovecare have consistently gone the extra mile on every occasion and we are extremely grateful to be able to rely on them, often at very short notice, to make sure Aunty remains safe and is able to continue living as independently as possible. Their proactive approach to making sure Aunty gets the right medical support when required is also much appreciated especially as we live some distance away and it is a huge relief to know we can rely on them in any emergency. We cannot say thank you enough.

Very pleased with Clovecare. Mum had never wanted carers but now needs them. One staff member in particular was very understanding when setting everything up. The manager in the office is always helpful and prompt to respond to my (numerous!) emails. The lovely carers look after mum well even when she is being challenging. I think she appreciates their care although she may not always admit it! I certainly appreciate it. They are helpful and adaptable and the cost is reasonable for the service they provide. Being able to check status of each visit on phone is very handy. I would definitely recommend this care company. Lovely ladies.

My grandmother always feels confident and happy when the team visit her.
We have been really pleased with Clovecare. Mum has the same person every day, except her day off. She is kind, caring and makes her feel comfortable. Other staff she's had from Clovecare are all the same, very kind and caring. Always on time and have a cheerful greeting and are good company.
I have nerve damage which adversely affects my breathing and my right arm, which is now useless.
I’m also awaiting a new hip in the next few weeks so there are lots of things I am unable to do for myself.
Clovecare also cared for my late husband for many years from when he was just mobile, then for several years when he was bedbound. They kept him clean, well-fed and cheerful (my neighbours loved the “singing” in the shower!) and while they cared for him in bed he had no pressure sores.
I am well satisfied with Clovecare and all the Carers that I have met. I would not want to ever use another agency.

I worked closely with Merton Social Services and hospital discharge teams for over 20 years, supporting people as they returned home from hospital during their six-week reablement period. While I found this work incredibly rewarding, I often wondered how people managed in the months and years that followed once rehabilitation ended.
This inspired me to establish Clovecare —a natural follow-on service for individuals needing ongoing support after hospital discharge or reablement. Since 2015, we have supported over 200 people to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. I have loved every day of this journey and remain passionate about helping people in Sutton and Merton maintain their independence and quality of life at home.
Anna has worked in domiciliary care for over 40 years and has been a valued member of our team since the very start. Originally from Ireland, she is known for her caring nature and strong family values. She builds meaningful relationships and consistently goes above and beyond to support those in her care.
Karry has been a valued member of the team since 2015. Kerry also joined at the very start. When Wendy needed a strong, reliable team, she wanted to start this journey. She had previously worked with Wendy & Anna for another council for many years and has since devoted herself to her role as a Senior Carer. With a large family of her own, she is extremely family-oriented, and this is reflected in the compassionate, person-centred care she provides.
Pippa has worked with us since 2017 and has been a dependable member of the team. She approaches challenges head-first, always leading with logic and empathy. She too has many ways of working with her clients, from singing and dancing, to those that like simple and straight instructions. She has worked particularly closely with clients receiving end-of-life support, those recovering from stroke, and individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, providing thoughtful and compassionate care throughout.
Maria has worked with us since 2017 and brings a truly quirky and engaging personality to her role. This allows her to work exceptionally well with all clients, particularly those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Maria also devotes herself to supporting those who may be at the end stages of their life, ensuring that they are comfortable. She has a natural ability to connect with people, helping them feel comfortable and relaxed, and is highly adaptable in any situation. She shows genuine care and compassion to everyone she supports.
Navina has an extremely calm and reassuring approach with her clients. Those who know her appreciate her ability to share a laugh while building strong, trusting relationships. She is exceptionally compassionate and patient, and when supporting individuals in the final stages of their lives, families often remark on how grateful they are that Navina was there for their loved one.
Sue joined us in 2017 and, after a few years with the team, decided to explore a new opportunity. During this time, she worked in a local care home before realising that home care was where her passion truly lies. Many clients recognise Sue from her years working at the Co-op in Rosehill, where she built strong relationships within the local community. This familiar presence helps clients feel comfortable and reassured when she visits their homes. She is kind, caring, and resilient, and has worked exceptionally well with clients who have a wide range of health conditions and care needs.
