Sent people who could not speak English, our mother asked for a pair of pyjamas from the bottom drawer, first time she was given a pair of socks, then got a scarf.
Asked them to make her toast in the morning as she was not eating, they did not even know how to use a toaster, and they asked us if
they put the butter on before or after they put it in the toaster.
Much more serious, they were lying on her records, every visit they put down 60 minutes which was a lie as most of the time we were caring for her so they stayed 15 minutes, they also said that both the care workers attended, this was a lie, we were present when only one attended and yet in the book it said both attended, the very small lady who did attend would not have lifted my mother by herself, I had trouble lifting her, and the most serious was one occasion at least when they filled in the book saying both had attended but we knew nobody had attended as we stayed late that night. Then her records disappeared and we are still waiting for copies.
