My dad received care at home from Solution2Care for approximately 18 months. He had excellent care, all of the carers were amazing, in particular one, who had a wonderful relationship with my dad. Unfortunately dad is now in full time care.

From first contact & assessment, through to care staff attending have been brilliant, All our needs were assessed thoroughly by a very experienced care manager, & care staff allocated. All the carers were wonderful & happy to assist in her every need. I would highly recommend Solution2care to anyone needing their services. Thankyou so very very much.

My neighbour as a good level of care provided by Solution2 Care to cover his needs. Over the last 16 months carers are helpful, polite and never missed a call, with what can be a difficult person at times. There is management on hand 24 hours a day to answer calls to give advice and guidance which as been very helpful to me. I would recommend Soultion2Care.

Some carers are better than others, some very good some quite poor. Main issue is that none of the carers have English as a first language. This causes communication problems and misunderstandings.

Service all year has been excellent. The care package and improved to suit Mum's needs as required. The staff have constantly made every effort to make Mum comfortable and ensured her needs are met while being polite and kind. They also help with housework when they have spare time.

We have had the carers coming for two months now. At first, Mom needed to trust and settle down with the girls. Now she is settled and comfortable with them she has come on so well and getting more confidence in herself.

Dad has a good service of care and one carer in particular is very caring and helpful and can be contacted at any time. Medication is well handled and Dad is spoken to in the correct manner. Since the start of my dad's poc solution 2 care services have been always on hand with any help and support. They help when the medication is running out and carry out welfare checks regularly since he lives alone. I will recommend Solution2 care services any day.

Fantastic service used when I was in hospital and after my op to look after my son. Very helpful and friendly staff, always polite and on time, did what was asked of them and followed the care plan for my son's needs. We loved having them and will miss the team now our contract has finished but would definitely recommend it. Many thanks.

Solution2care is good at delivering care for my daughter. The staff are approachable and respectful. Following the company procedure. The staff arrives on time and builds a clear channel of communication. The management is contactable and a clear complaint and escalation procedure is in place. Overall we are satisfied with the quality of care provided to my daughter.

I'm very happy with the care workers, they all understand my Dad's needs. They all work in person-centred care, we are happy with the visits and the times. Overall service is very good and satisfactory for us.

Solution2care Services Ltd has been supporting my Grandmother for the last 8 months. They have provided excellent service and support with any tasks that we request and make adjustments as needed. Whenever we have had a problem this has been responded to, investigated, and addressed immediately. We could not be more pleased with the service, the carers and the staff. Thank you.

Carers are alright and will help with things I want doing, some of the carers are better than others. But I never know what time they will turn up. Sometimes they come too early to get me up and put me to bed at night. I think 7:30 am is too early to get up, the same at night.

Exceptional care delivered by hardworking, caring members of staff. Management is always approachable and readily shows flexibility if we ever require a change of time. Communication is a watchword and if there is a delay for any reason a phone call to explain the reason is always forthcoming. I have no reservations about recommending Solution2care Sevices as a first-class care provider.

Solution2Care is responsible for caring for our mother. We've worked with other care companies before and never really been satisfied. From the outset, Solutions2Care has been outstanding and the whole of my family including Mom feels the same. The care staff are very thorough, adapt and relate to Mom very well. The Care Manager made herself known to us from day one and is always available on the telephone or for a visit. She helps to arrange meetings with other services and guides us through any problem related to Mom's care. We're happy to write this review and highly recommend Solution2Care.
