Carers are polite, on time, attentive to the needs of the client. Speaks to him whilst providing care and very encouraging.

I have carers coming to my house to help me wash and I have issues with inbalance, dizziness, and ability to go out on my own and I am now classed as home bound. With the help of the carers I am able to have wash in the mornings and any extra help I may need on the day, so I feel I can ask for their help if and when I need it. The carers are very good at helping me and always accommodating with a good morning when they come and ask me if I have had a good night if I need anything and always with a smile and a good morning and 'have a hood day' when they leave.

I was really impressed with Solution2care with the assistance given to my Mother during a long recovery period, from initial assessment through to carers attending, couldn't have asked for more, & what was even more surprising was even after the contract ended, the continuation of care continued with regular contact on how things were going & was there anything they could do to help. I rate them highly. 5*

My experience with S2C is ok, all carers are lovely and all try their best to support my needs. Some of my wonderful carers know exactly what I need. I feel some need bit more training. Overall I'm happy.

Solution 2 Care Services Ltd is the best company out there i would recommend them to all my family and friends. They go above and beyond for everyone and If there is a problem you can Inform the manager and she will sort it out and the PA Support also comes highly recommended they are well mannered and down to earth. and are well dressed i can't fault them on anything. i am so pleased with the company as they also have respite available.

I am very happy with the service carers and management deliver. They are professional, attentive, caring and always there when you need it. Nothing's too much.

I couldn't be happier with the care my daughter received. The carers are amazing they understand her individual needs and treat her with care, dignity and genuine love. The management are so helpful and kind and bend over backwards to help and support not just my daughter but all of us as a family.

Overall I would not hesitate to use them again should it become necessary.

Lorenza has even volunteered to personally take my mom into her care home due to myself being unable to which shows the level of dedication lorenza has.

My dad has looked been happier and looked healthier since the carers have been attending to him at breakfast time. He looks forward to their visits and enjoys the chat. Their visits give you dad something to look forward to each morning and it's comforting knowing there's someone there to get him up in the morning

I am very pleased with the care I get. I find the staff are very caring and professional and are really lovely to have into my home.

The carer is very experienced and does the work with a lot of empathy. She is patient, provides me with dignity and respect and looks after me. The carer seeks consent before she provides personal care.
