The carers are very friendly and caring.
My son feels very comfortable around his carers. The carers greet my son every time they come into his room and he loves that. He loves attention and the carers know this so they make him smile and interact with him.

I cannot praise this company enough. From the management to the carers who look after my mom 4 times a day, they are excellent in both the care they give and the compassion they show while doing their job. All in all very professional and the best company I have had dealings with.

The service provided by Solutions2Care is very professional and the carers are respectful at all times. The care and understanding that they provide my son is excellent and I trust them to ensure that he is well supported and that his needs are met. My son really enjoys his time with the carers and
I can see that he has developed in his communications. The admin staff are really friendly too, they always keep me informed and are flexible in their approach. I am also impressed with the regular audits and welfare checks that take place.
I was very worried when the support was suggested to me but this has been one of the best things to happen in our family.

We have been using the service more than a year now. So far so good. Everyone is brilliant, well-mannered and fully trained in how to care for children. They do provide good care service. I would recommend them if someone is in need of a care provider.

Helpful and friendly staff and flexible with regards to individual needs. A comprehensive record of all visits is kept for reference and they are always willing to help to tailor to an individual's needs.

Impressed with the responsiveness to requests for changed rotas according to need every week. Impressed with the continuity of care and when the prime carer is not available shadowing arrangements are put in place. My mother has built relationships which is good for her mental health. Only wish visits
could be longer!

My mother has been using this care provider for over a year and we have seen considerable improvements over that period. Staff are friendly and caring and my mother loves the fact that they make her laugh. She feels safe with them and looks forward to their visits. When I have had to raise minor concerns
with the company I have been able to contact them quickly and issues have been dealt with in a timely manner. The management team are very responsive and is constantly tweaking arrangements and providing staff training to improve performance. When I struggled to use the new online platform recently I was helped to resolve the issue and individual staff members both carers and management provided me with support and encouragement when I needed it.

My experience with the provider and the carers has been of excellent care. The only thing that lets them down is when things change on my weekly rota to say who would be coming on the said days and at what times. When they get changed I am not informed of any change after asking them on a few occasions
to let me know.

I am really happy with the service provided by Solutions to Care. My brother was nervous about having a carer as he has mental health issues, but the carers provided have been excellent. They seem to understand his needs and go above and beyond in helping him. If he is having serious problems with his
mental health they let me know. This is great because I know that on the days they come I don’t have to worry. He is very content and that means a lot to me. It has taken a great weight off my mind.

Mom has been looked after by your carers since August 2023.
We have found all of your carers to be kind, considerate and professional and during this
period of care we have had no causes of concern.
Mom speaks highly of all the carers who visit and is relaxed and comforted by their presence.

Fantastic carers.
Very friendly, understanding, caring.
Respectful.
The list goes on and on.
Nothing is too much trouble for this team.
Mom has been with them for over a year and we have never experienced care like these people give.
Only downside is changing of carers from Mom's regular
carers as she gets to know them and has a soft place in her heart for them.
Then they can be moved to other areas.
It’s a little heartbreaking when you see her and she doesn’t know the carer.
Other than that I would highly recommend.
