I have been using Options Care for a year. The carer is always punctual at work and reliable and professional. She gives me good feedback about my daughter's care. I am very happy with the service, I can't praise them enough.

Option Care Ltd provide an excellent standard of service, that is managed well and offers good value for money. But the reason why I would recommend them is that they are small enough to really "care" and good at listening and responding to changing needs. Always friendly and supportive which has
given me the dignity and comfort I needed to trust them with my father's needs.

My friend used the services of Options Care for many years and I must say they were excellent! My friend had gone through a plethora of different agencies and none of them could really care for her or provide the care and support she needed. She was referred to Options Care and never looked back.
The difference in services was evident from the beginning. My friend was partially disabled from a stroke and I have to admit that Options Care allowed her to stay in her home for a few years longer. They were a breath of fresh air.
While caring for my friend, the staff were very caring, knowledgeable and professional. The staff never missed a shift and would notify my friend if they were ever running late. The staff took care of my friend's day to day needs and she always looked forward to seeing all the friendly staff. She had a concern which was addressed immediately. I believe they are one of the best companies in the game today. It is my privilege to highly recommend them.
