I would not reccommend this company to anyone. They provided an extremely poor service to my brother who is a vulnerble person. Their communictation with me as the next of kin has been very poor. From the lack of engagement with my brother they have very poor hygiene and personal care standards.

As a next of kin, I can confidently say that Primeway Care has provided outstanding support to my loved one. From day one, the staff have been kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure all her needs are met. They treat her with respect and dignity, and it's clear they truly care
about her wellbeing.
The communication has also been excellent I'm regularly updated on her progress and any concerns are dealt with promptly. The carers go above and beyond, whether it's assisting with daily tasks, helping with medication, or simply offering a friendly smile and conversation. It gives me great peace of mind knowing she is in safe hands.
I would highly recommend Primeway Care to any family looking for reliable, compassionate support for their loved ones. They've made a real difference in our lives, and we are truly grateful.

I wouldn't give this care provider any stars, the staff has very broken english, they don't know how to cook meals, two carers dropped my relative on the floor and were pulling them by arms and legs for 15mins, they never followed safety procedures and due to that my relative was taken to hospital
for xrays and put under safeguarding regulations.
The carers left dry cream crackers for tea nothing else, another day mashed a whole tin of corned beef on a plate and gave that to them (looked liked cat food) issues are ongoing and the Company are trying to shift the blame elsewhere, actually lying why he was admitted to hospital etc. Commode waste was thrown into black bags and put into black bin for council to collect, but the Company don't seem to address these issues plus others when replying to our letters.
