My dad - is the sweetest gentleman alive. He is loved, cherished and respected, He is worthy and not an idiot. My dad and family have been made to feel very upset, flabbergasted and disgusted after a staff member was very rude and aggressive with my dad - thinking my mum - his 'rock', who is also
loved, cherished and respected also, would not hear from the room she was in in their home. He has caused a lot of distress for my family. He was supposed to be supporting my dad with his evening shower. My mum rushed to the room when she heard him being rude, impatient and aggressive to my dad! Shocking!
