So happy I found this little gem! From the original assessment for my mum, and all subsequent visits from the lovely carers, our experience has been very good. You can tell that the carers really care about their clients and the job they do. As my mum's primary carer, I already feel like I have a
reliable and supportive team to back me up. They are always reassuring, friendly and cheerful, giving mum a great start to the day. Thanks so much!

My grandmother received amazing quality of care throughout her time with Right at Home. The staff were outstanding: lovely, helpful and professional at all points of her care, and treated her with dignity every step of the way. The management was very helpful in providing information and assistance
quickly whenever necessary, providing my nan with all-round great quality care.
The carers here provide an incredibly important service, and I hope this review helps them get recognised as such.

After my brother was suffering with dementia and no longer able to care for himself. We contacted Right at Home and from the offset we were impressed by their efficiency.
The care staff were lovely and despite the difficulties with incontinence and depreciation of my brother's mental wellbeing we
felt supported. We live remotely to my brother and they were happy to step in and help with doctors appointments reducing our need to travel. I would highly recommend their services.

Right at Home Hemel Hempstead have been looking after my Mum in her home for almost a year. The care they have given her has been excellent. The carers are professional and caring and very good at communicating any concerns or changes in Mum's health. Communication from the office staff is also very
good. They are easy to contact and always pass on any concerns from the carers to me immediately. I am very happy to recommend Right at Home.

Right at Home Hemel Hempstead have been looking after my dad since December 2025. My first contact was with the Deputy Manager who was informative, understanding and organised. I was very impressed with how quickly she arranged care and also how helpful she has continued to be with any queries I
have had. My dad is very happy with his carers who go out of their way to support him in the community so that he can retain a good degree of independence and they have also responded last-minute, demonstrating excellent flexibility to assist with appointments etc. Having researched may different agencies, I am 100% happy that I chose Right at Home Hemel Hempstead and can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

I found Right at Home Hemel Hempstead on line and their reviews were fantastic and they didn't disappoint. I dealt mainly with the Deputy Care Manager and from my first contact with her their service was impeccable. My mother had recently had a fall and broken her arm and needed assistance for an
hour every morning to get up washed, dressed and items prepped for her meals for the day and other house chores. All the carers that came to visit her were really friendly and kind and got on really well with my mum and did a great job looking after her.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

My wife needed care following hospitalisation for the implanting of a heart pacemaker. The arrangements were made by the manager and her team and they could not have been more helpful. The carer chosen was just excellent; the care she provides for my wife is of the highest standard and greatly
appreciated - she is a lovely person and nothing is too much trouble for her. We would highly recommend Right at Home.

My father needed care set in place urgently and this was accommodated within 5 days, excellent service, fantastic care so far, the same carer each time as much as possible building a rappor with my dad who is late stages of dementia

We have been using Right at Home since December 2024 and are truly delighted with the service we have been receiving. We have a carer come to our home for two hours a day, four times a week and the two individuals allocated to us on rotation are both charming people whose company we enjoy. Nothing
is ever too much trouble for either of them to take on and complete in the most helpful and efficient manner. The Manager is also excellent and extremely helpful and clearly has the respect of all her carers.

Right at Home have been incredibly responsive in our request for help in caring for my brother who is a private and reclusive man living alone and not used to having people around him.
The carer has been amazing in building a rapport with him and persuading him to accept the care and attention he
now needs.
The management team are very helpful and pro-active in addressing additional problems we have encountered and are able to quickly respond to our request to increase his care provision immediately.
We fully recommend this company for their empathy, understanding and excellent care provision.

All of the carers from Right At Home have been amazing with my Aunt, Two carers in particular built a special relationship with her and she looked forward to them arriving. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't praise them enough and would highly recommend them.

We have been using Right at Home since July 2024 initially for both my stepfather and my mother and now just for my mother as my stepfather passed away in August. I have found the team to be so empathic and helpful. They really care about my mum and have gone out of their way to build a super
relationship with both mum and myself. They are proactive, always suggesting recommendations to make Mum more comfortable in her own home. They listen to her needs and requirements and provide her with the support she needs. They are also super flexible, nothing ever seems to be a problem. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending such a wonderful team. Thank you.

Right at Home Hemel Hempstead have been helping my elderly Dad since January this year. We have an unusual situation as Dad lives on a narrowboat in Apsley Marina. He is fiercely independent and even with his many health issues and poor mobility, doesn't think he needs any help which has been really
challenging. They help him Monday to Friday for 45 minutes, walking the dog, helping him keep on top of his housework, washing his hair and assisting with eye drops when needed. We are trying to keep him on the boat for as long as we can, which is what he wants more than anything and Right at Home are key to helping us with this. It hasn't been plain sailing as Dad can be difficult but the team there ring me with any concerns and we work together to find a solution. I live two hours away so it's peace of mind for myself and my siblings that Dad is getting regular help. They are really helpful and I highly recommend them.

Manage the care for a 92-year-old client - started with a visit a day then graduated to 4 per day - now have just gone to 'live in' care in the last month.
Right at Home always make sure there is an appropriate member of staff to attend the scheduled visit times and during the visits, duties around
the house are carried out, as required.
A good service, with attention paid to the needs and requirements of the client.

My father has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He was starting to struggle with mornings and evenings. Right at Home were able to step in very quickly and provide help. My father, although a bit reluctant to start with, now really appreciates his carers and how they help him. I would also add,
this company also provided home help for my mother-in-law and my mother. They have never let us down, and their carers are amazing people.

The team have been incredibly supportive throughout this process, a brand new experience for the family as a whole and they made it so much easier to swallow. Even down to providing general advice outside of their caregiving role to make the situation easier to manage and how to access wider support
available. It was a long process onboarding my mother to accept that outside care was needed and they have been an excellent partner in making that transition.
