We are very happy and pleased with Reed's
Service who provide 24 care to my daughter who has high complex care needs.
The staff have been supporting my daughter for many years and are like family members to us. I am very grateful for the service and dedication they provide and we are totally
reliant on them.
The registered manager is always helpful and proactive with my daughter's care needs.
Highly recommend.

The carers have been incredibly supportive in helping to develop my son's confidence and independence, especially when he is outdoors or engaged in daily activities. They not only assist him with his essential needs, but they do so with patience, understanding, and genuine care, which has made a
remarkable difference in his overall wellbeing.
Their efforts go far beyond their basic duties. They actively encourage him to try new things, to make his own choices where possible, and to navigate daily tasks in a way that builds his self-esteem. This has been very important for us as a family, as it has helped him feel more included and capable in everyday life.
One of the things I appreciate most is their responsiveness during unexpected or urgent situations. Knowing that they are ready to step in at short notice gives me peace of mind and reassurance, especially given the challenges that sometimes arise with his condition.
