From the first day that my husband came home from hospital the girls friendly and cheerful care was everything my husband needed. The girls were always confident and caring which put my mind to rest when leaving them to look after my husband. I am sure that due to their great care it helped towards my husband's much faster than expected recovery.

I never thought my mum would accept carers in her home after the negative experience we had when she came out of hospital last year. I sought recommendations from 2 separate sources for carers and both independently said Alina were absolutely superb. They were not wrong, after just 5 days I went abroad as planned and after 3 days we agreed mum needed to go into hospital. They helped me out and were on hand to restart care on her discharge 2 days later. I receive daily reports and if there is an issue or a concern, they always call for clarity or awareness. They have stayed longer than the scheduled time as they truly care for my mum. I have TOTAL trust in them and mum looks forward to her twice daily visits which I never thought would happen. The manager and his team are excellent, great communicators but most importantly they genuinely care. I cannot thank them enough and NOTHING is too much to do even when mum is challenging when she is confused. Thoroughly recommend. 5 Gold Stars.

This is the second time we have needed Alina Homecare to support our mother. We all have absolute confidence in the organisation based on our previous experience. It'starts with the management team. Thank you to the staff for working with us and finding the best way to help our mother. Then the team of ladies in the care team. All 100 % professional. They make our mother feel so safe and supported. Always courteous and thorough with whatever the requirements of the visit are and above all thoroughly lovely people. Due to our mother's age and ongoing physical challenges we know we can call on them again to support her and us as we work things out.

My partner has daily visits to assist with washing and dressing following a serious accident earlier in the year. The carers who visit him are kind, courteous and professional and despite the difference in ages and background communicate very well with him. They are all 5* and turn up on time. I cannot recommend them too highly.

I cannot recommend the manager and the team at Alina Devizes enough. I never thought that my mother would accept carers, but she did. Initially, she tried reducing the number of visits, but she ended up requesting an increase, largely because she enjoyed their company. This is down to the effort that went into understanding my mother's needs and then in finding two carers who were perfect in supporting her. Thank you again.

I have been using Alina Homecare since November to assist me in the mornings with help to get my mother up, carry out personal care duties and assist with getting her dressed. All carers have been fantastic, friendly and go above and beyond their call of duty. Communication has been second to none, with several courtesy calls to check I am happy with everything. Schedules and rotas are given well in advance which is great to be able to make plans around and the office has been more than accommodating if a time of visit needs changing. I would certainly recommend their services to others, professional, prompt and a lovely group of caring individuals who go out of their way to make Mum feel special and important.

We didn't know where to start when both our parents needed care at the same time but thankfully Alina was the first to respond to our enquiries and we couldn't be happier. Every carer that has come to their home has been outstanding, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The standard of care is high and all the carers providing support to my mum have been professional caring always polite and very respectful. When we moved to the area we were apprehensive about leaving our carers as we had a very good team there. I searched online reviews and approached Alina as our first choice. Luckily they were able to provide the care we needed and were very helpful about adjusting times to suit our requirements. We needn't have worried - from the very first visit, the staff and management have been excellent. Carers are friendly and kind while also being professional. I love to hear them laughing with my husband as they lift his spirits and encourage him. I know that I can rely on them every day for the support that makes it possible to keep my husband at home with me instead of being in a care home. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for carers!

We are new to the service, but so far Alina Care has been exemplary - their communications have been clear and the carers who have been to Mum have been extremely kind and patient. They have also been able to provide care over the weekends, which no other agency was able to.

From the first call with Alina Homecare the process to set up a care package for my mum has been so professional and efficient. All of the staff are thoughtful, kind and friendly. My mum looks forward to the visits from the carers, the care they have provided has certainly played a large part in her recovery. When contacting the office nothing is too much trouble,the team's help and advice is invaluable. Knowing that my mum has this additional care has helped to put our minds at rest that she is receiving the best care possible. I would absolutely recommend Alina Homecare to friends and family if they should need care help in the future.

Alina Care have been so helpful and caring since the minute I got in touch with them. As I work full time it is very reassuring to have them popping in to check on my father-in-law a couple of times a day to ensure he’s ok and to help him with his meal times. He thoroughly enjoys the visits and loves seeing a friendly face and having a chat with his lovely carers. As a family, we can’t thank them enough for the support and peace of mind they give us.

Cannot thank the kind caring carers who take my dad shopping each week, must admit he looks forward to his little shopping trips to the market every Thursday. Always in time and they keep to the same carers as much as possible which is great as Dad gets to know the carers. Once again I cannot thank them enough. The office staff are also helpful and always inform myself if they have any concerns which is peace of mind for myself and my brothers.

Thoroughly impressed with the carers providing the care my mum required following her hip replacement. The girls get the right mix between professionalism and personable. They are friendly, appropriately chatty and always cheerful. My mum was reluctant to accept help because she has always been so independent but the carers have put her at ease and do everything to promote my mum in keeping her independence. Couldn't want more. The service is exceptionally busy so it took a while before we received completed care plans and we haven't received the Birding link but our phone calls and enquiries have been answered promptly and efficiently. All in all, a great experience. Thank you Alina.

From the very first call to Alina, the professionalism and care have been first-rate. A meeting to review my father's care needs was quickly set up and within a few weeks, everything was in place. He couldn't be happier with all his carers, they all make sure that he is happy with what is needed and that nothing is too much trouble, even making sure that his porridge is the way he likes it. It has been such a relief to know that he is in safe, supportive and caring hands and that he gets on so well with them all. It's never easy for someone to accept they need help but all the staff at Alina have done everything to make sure that it's been as easy as possible for my dad.

Very high-quality care. All the carers are excellent and very competent. My dad has cognitive impairment, but the carers are great at motivating him. They often get him walking and are great at promoting and supervising him. I have complete peace of mind that my dad is being well cared for while I take a break from caring.
