My daughter lives in supportive living with 24hour care provided by Ace 24. She has been with Ace24 for over 2 years and is well cared for in all aspects of her life. She can be herself and lead a fulfilling life. The staff, she sees them as her extended family (her girls as she would say)
As
for us parents we have complete peace of mind that our daughter is safe, cared for and very happy.
Communication between us (parents) and Ace 24 is 5 star and any issues on either side are dealt with amicably with the best outcome for our daughter in mind.

My 100 year old father was reluctant to have any carers. Your team of carers have changed his mind completely. All the team that attend him are kind, considerate and do not rush him, allowing him to move at his own pace. It is such a relief for us, as his family to know that we can trust and rely on
Ace 24. The management team have been so helpful and are happy to accomodate. Our special thanks to the cheery Nicole.

My daughter lives in a Supported Living Provision and the care is provided by Ace 24. She has been there for six months now and all the staff are wonderful. They have got to know her, and her quirky ways, very quickly and she is very well looked after in every way. All staff and management have
worked together with me to manage any difficulties which have arisen, due to the fact my daughter is non-verbal and has severe learning difficulties. There is excellent communication between myself and Ace 24 and we both want to provide my daughter with the best outcomes possible. I know my daughter is very happy where she is, as am I too.

I have the utmost confidence and respect for this consultancy. My brother is well looked after and totally being indulged to the point of being part of the family. This is something I am very happy about at this time in the world. The communication between the staff, my brother and other agencies is
first class, we are all listened to and then responded too with enthusiasm and consistency. Overall my opinion of all this is positive and am very grateful and happy there is someone who is willing to do this very difficult job. My thanks to all concerned.

I am highly impressed with the care I received from Ace 24 home care. The staff are polite, patient and focussed on my needs without being overbearing or taking over my life completely. They have given me my independence and taught me to learn new things I would have otherwise would not have the
courage to attempt on my own. My family monitored the carers until they were comfortable enough to leave me on my own with the carers. My family are impressed with the changes I have presented throughout the time with Ace 24. We would highly recommend Ace 24 home care for our family and friends.
